@seyahkram1977 a fellow Kingmaker player! It is my all time favourite slot and I must have done over 1000 grinds in it’s lifetime and the most i’ve ever got the purps to is 9x. I had to get my calculator out as I thought it was BS, but it comes out about right. Then it suddenly dawned on me that there is a version of KM and SlotVegas (Fully Loaded) that randomise the multipliers on each spin. I think that’s the reason the screenshot shows the multis the way the are. Oh how I dream of a build like that!

Hopefully not too off topic. I have a slot bonus that won’t complete. It is Kingmaker from BTG, the bonus round just errors on the last spin. I’ve reported several times the issue to the casino’s technical department and I just get the rhetoric ‘Clear your cache and cookies’. That’s always my first port of call. My question is, could I go direct to the game provider to get the issue cleared?

An epic day of slotting! Kicked off with a trip to the Landbased, walked out a grand in profit, then back home to tick 2 items of the bucket list! Firstly a 9,200 x win on Lil devil on 20p stake followed by getting the jackpot on El Dorado Infinity reels (888x), total bonus went for 1700x, again on 20px stake. So all in all made 3k!

I love the fact Diamond mine has a bonus buy, really feels like chilli reborn and I fucking missed chilli ….. and I’m have a blast…….shame it’s a shit backdrop …. but man I’m enjoy this set up
( I appreciate the problem gambler argument, and whole sympathise, but I did feel the bonus buy cull was ridiculous, and wasn’t impressed that they stopped the bonus buy but leaving higher value spins available on games )

Damn, extra chilli was my achilles heel, had such a love hate relationship with that game. Love the current diamond mine extra gold version. Which site are you playing this version at? Not come to Casumo yet as far as I can see.

Hmm. Thats really really odd. To the fact ive never heard of it happening.
It changes only when you change stake or get logged out. I assume you checked both of these. But the game provider can check your progress with the site, they share the information on game rounds so you will see this.
Yep, I’ve had it happen three times with LIL Devil, once on Casumo and twice on Grosvenor. The guys at Casumo were really efficient and had my progress restored within 24 hours, so I know it can be retrieved. First time with Kingmaker though!

Over the moon. Still can’t believe it. The x2 wildline (which landed when the video starts) was good enough, and then it just kept adding more wilds. So lucky.
This was maybe my 40th to 50th bonus. Prior to that I’d had the five wild retrigger just the once, but no wildline (paid about 50x). About 90% of those bonuses gave me between 0 and 2 wilds.
I must reiterate – please don’t be tempted to chase this based on this win. As Mickey said, it’s a hit of a lifetime. It is far, far from easy to land.

Well step 1 is to email to casino, not live chat. The live cht are te basic CS, they will refer the issue tot he dev/game team, who will in turn bring in someone from novomatic. Luckily Novomatic are about the biggest slot company out there, so they have hoards of QA people for this.
So email Grosvenor, attach your video and also make the same one on demo mode as an example of whats happening. The more you can prove the better it is. Did the game pay out anything at all?
BTW – I cant find this game anywhere online.
Thanks @eejit101. The game is exclusive to Grosvenor and was taken down yesterday. It’s back up today and have played it on demo mode and this bonus now plays out, so looks like its been fixed. The game payed me nothing when it had the error. I’ll wait one more day to see if anyone from Grosvenor gets back to me, I did give the CS guy my username and details. I’m a VIP member there and have my own account manager (no less!), so I will be getting in touch with him if i’ve heard nothing.
Problems with the online version aside, out of interest how is this game different to regular Book of Ra?
Hey @argyle53. I played this in first in France about 6 months ago on their VIP cabinets and the graphics and game play was super slick. The game mechanics/paytable are exactly the same as Original Book of RA, the only difference is if you get 4 scatters you get 2 expanding symbols and if you get 5 scatters you get 3 expanding symbols. Both of which i’ve not achieved yet!
You usually have to go through the complaints procedure, first emailing the company involved stating the problem with any screenshots you have. If that doesn’t go anywhere you take it higher which goes to a manager I think. And after that is IBAS.
Doesn’t sound right, it does sound like an issue with the slot. If you have footage then it should be no problem to prove what you’re saying. I would email the casino.and ask them what the crack is first. They may be able to sort it sooner by speaking to Novo directly.
Hey WB, I got in touch with Grosvenor support, they were aware of the issue, so will interesting to see how quickly it gets resolved as the game is still on the site. I wont be playing it until I hear from them!

Thanks for the responses, I kept the stake at 60p and finally popped it on 111 bees! @Haz, knowing Bandit’s luck he would probably take down for 1000x! Well it payed me 168x which is ok and I got my money back. So, as i’m a glutten for punishment the grind begins again! I don’t know why but I really love this game, the grind I find gives much more action, so lets see how it goes.
Won £400 at the landbased as well last night, so the weekend is shaping up pretty well.

Grosvenor are the absolute best when it comes to wagering on bonuses. I think it’s normally 5x, and for certain deposit match bonuses (at least for VIPs) the wagering is just 1x. Mental.
They are the only casino I know of with wagering so low.
Hey @biohazard, just trawling through the forum, LOL, came across this thread. I’m a online VIP member and black card member for the Landbased (Yeah I may have spent a bit of time at Grosvenor) as such the 1x wagering is awesome and there no restrictions on how you complete, Once did the wagering with one £200 white rabbit buy. The payouts are now lightening fast too!
