[Sl SlotsBlogger WANTED $8 Outlaw]

So, loaded up £50 in Grosvenor and kick off a new grind on my absolute favourite game, Kingmaker from BGT. Only playing 20p to while away a few hours. Fast forward 2 hours and the multiplier is up to 48x and the game is getting really exciting, every jewel hit is paying. Then fuck me the progress resets before my very eyes!!!! from 48x to 4x, no error, no nothing! I stare at my screen in utter disbelief.

So, straight onto live support and get the usual spiel that they will escalate to their technical department and can take up to 10 days to get an answer! I’m not holding out much hope as I had a smiliar issue with losing progress on lil devil which never got resolved. It’s probably not possible but I would love to get in touch with the game provider direct as this is a major major flaw in their software, the whole point of this game is to keep building your progress!! How can you trust games like this and lil devil where there’s the possibility of game progress being lost.

I’m half tempted to go on to nickslots channel as he seems to be chummy with the CEO of BGT, but I can’t stand that bellend.

Anyhow we’ll see how this plays out.

calling Nick a bellend and then running to him for help is odd. but hey dog eat dog! BTG are knowing for there errors its happened to many people and many streamers either graphical, glitch or whatever they wanna say. I do hope you get it back but unlikely. Never heard anyone’s game play put back to the same situ. But they may offer you a few spins or just tell you sorry. Hope its a better outcome for you though. (think a few of the steamers are pally with Nick the CEO BTG, if you see twitter he tags a few streamers not just nickslots )

Hmm. Thats really really odd. To the fact ive never heard of it happening.

It changes only when you change stake or get logged out. I assume you checked both of these. But the game provider can check your progress with the site, they share the information on game rounds so you will see this.

Yep, I’ve had it happen three times with LIL Devil, once on Casumo and twice on Grosvenor. The guys at Casumo were really efficient and had my progress restored within 24 hours, so I know it can be retrieved. First time with Kingmaker though!

It comes down to how fast the Account Manager that deals with the site you are on answers their emails usually 😀

 

As its Grosvenor Casino i dont know anyone as thats just UK traffic sadly. Play on casumo or similar and i can help push for you.
