Sports offer sounds good, hadn’t noticed that one.

I think a few places neglect the ease of use of their app side of things don’t they, not having a game search for example, you would think it would be an easy thing to fix really – i will feed it back to them when i meet them next month at the London show, maybe they will act on it you never know!

With bandit going for straight tops mate he needs all 20 lines active as every win he takes to the ladder so dropping the lines would mean less win to take there he has stated this before hope that answers you question

I’m a online VIP member and black card member for the Landbased (Yeah I may have spent a bit of time at Grosvenor) as such the 1x wagering is awesome and there no restrictions on how you complete, Once did the wagering with one £200 white rabbit buy. The payouts are now lightening fast too!

Haha excellent @SlotsBlogger – I struggle to find any other black card holders! Yeah their wagering is by far the best out there, no other casino even comes close. I love that we can just do a single feature buy and complete the wagering hahaha!

The only problem I’ve got with this casino is , they never send me any e-mails . Not one . I logged in yesterday and found I had deposit match bonus . Just wish they  wud email me with theses offers . Checked my settings and I have ticked the communication boxes .

Have you checked your junk email box mate as they email me plenty of stuff but it finds it’s way in to the “bollocks” box a lot lol

I’ve been with Grosvenor for years and I can confirm that they never send out promotional emails. Once or twice a year they’ll call me to inform me of some sort of offer (which is usually good – last month I had a £50 free bet, just needed to place a bet of £10 at 1.5 or higher to unlock it).

Bandit, I assume you’ve figured the points situation out by now but they all go on together at the end of the day. They also link up with your physical card so points accumulated at the physical casino will go onto your balance and vice versa.

It’s weird, I find I get quite a few promotional emails from them, but I have played with them a lot in the past!

Btw on play points, sometimes there is weird lag with it. Sometimes I get them credited immediately, and other times it can take a few days.
