Hi @tkr840. I’ve been where you are, you are by no means alone.

The link that Xbob provided is great, plenty of advice on there. Including / in addition, make sure to join Gamstop, remove or block all of your crypto accounts, and self-exclude from all crypto casinos. I know it might sound crazy at first, but Gamblers Anonymous is actually brilliant if you feel there’s even a chance you might slip back into bad habits. Try it once, there’s no harm, and there’s no obligation to go back if it’s not for you. There’s no judgement there.

You can work with StepChange to manage your debts, you shouldn’t need to consider bankruptcy. They can help get you onto a debt management plan, and help you through the process. Just don’t borrow any more, it’ll always go the same way.

Feel free to reach out to me. All the best.

What a disgrace mate, must be infuriating. The problem with these type of casinos is that you are basically at the mercy of them willing to pay you out or not. If you request a decent size withdrawal there’s every chance that their flags will ping up and they’ll attempt to mess you about and fuck you off with no money. Might be worth raising a complaint at askgamblers.com, they don’t have any regulatory powers but quite often the public shame for the casino is enough to get things moving a bit, more so than that pathetic excuse for customer service via live chat. Really hope you get paid eventually!

After nearly two months of chasing, I finally got most of the money back, minus the fees and the $100 returned transaction charge. Thanks to you TJTom. I didn’t even consider AG, solely because I didn’t think that Crypto casinos cared much about their reputation. Although it was still painful, it did get me my funds back. So massive thank you.

To everyone reading this, avoid. Absolutely horrid, stressful experience that I wouldn’t wish on anyone. By a wide margin the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, most can barely string two words together. I think I got lucky with my money, others haven’t been so.

I’m gamble free across this time span and I won’t be looking back. This was a wonderful lesson for me. Hope you all reach the same epiphany.

    I’m actually embarrassed for them.

    Thanks everyone for the support.

Latest update: nothing. The customer support is the worst I’ve ever seen, by a wide margin. Pretty sure some of them are just bots, no one is that totally incompetent.

I’m chasing several times a day, and it’s the same sort of responses each time, either they have no idea what I’m talking about, or they fob me off with a generic response saying it’s with the backend team and to be patient. It’s been six weeks.

Honestly, I hope my reputation and history here carries some weight when I say this – do not play here. Save your money. They cannot be trusted.

After chasing them twice daily for an update, this is now what I get:

At this point, you’d be a maniac to trust them.

Cheers for all of the continued hard work and welcome back, glad to see you’re still a fucking delinquent

These videos you’re pumping out are doing me the world of good, so thank you again

He actually played it in his latest video and managed to get the super bonus first time. Absolute madness! Paid barely anything unfortunately.

You know what tho…….. if you have got all those bees, it’s surly round the corner, yeah I’d deffo be tempted to increase, but that’s what I would consider not what I’m suggesting you should do ( incase I get I to the shit in this one )

It’s just as ’round the corner’ as from the first bee. The bees have absolutely no influence on the swarm releasing – it’s just another way of displaying a tease.

Don’t fall into this fallacy guys. If you don’t raise on other slots, don’t make an exception here.

Curaçao casino, avoid like the plague. Not normal and absolutely a scam.

Have you lost a family member to gambling addiction? Most of your posts reference a father who committed suicide due to gambling.

If so, I am terribly sorry.

We can see eye to eye on this. I agree with you on all of your points and there is more that can be done.

I am very disappointed that Gamstop does not apply to land based too, as it is a very powerful online tool that I fully support. There is SENSE, which is very similar for land based casinos, and MOSES for betting shops, but the latter I’ll admit I don’t know very much about. I can’t imagine it’d be effective given how little betting shops are policed. That being said, I’ve not stepped foot in one for many years now so maybe it’s more stringent? I don’t know.

ID on entry to establish KYC and police any self-exclusions seems like a reasonable solution.

As for when things go too far, this is very difficult as 1) it’s subjective and 2) most people won’t admit to spending beyond their means / being in a poor financial situation. I think perhaps staff should be able to have the authority and be encouraged to raise concerns about customers that they feel are vulnerable or at risk. This would be a start.

Of course, all of this makes things more frustrating for normal customers who play and bet recreationally with no problems. But I think that’s a small price to pay in the grand scheme.
