[Biohazard WANTED $675 Outlaw]

Hey everyone,

Long time no see. I hope everyone is doing well.

I’ll try and keep a very long story short. Let me start by saying, I am completely accountable for my actions, and I should have considered the risks before going down this route.

I joined GamStop back in early 2020 as I was struggling to control my gambling. A couple of months ago, after watching Bandit play at BC.Game successfully, I figure I’d give it a go. Bad decision, of course. I’d not gambled in a long time and fancied a little play, giving into temptation! I hadn’t even considered crypto casinos until now.

I join BC.Game, have a few deposits here and there, and do pretty badly. Lost a lot more money than I’d care to admit. Finally, I hit a decent win and get a big break, and decide to withdraw $1,100. I’d been depositing USDC via the Arbitrum One network with Crypto.com, so I withdrew in the same way to my wallet. The withdrawal completes the next day, however, no sign of the money. I check the token, network, address – all fine.

So it turns out, BC.Game mistakenly sent USDC.e, which is the bridged token of USDC. Crypto.com don’t accept this. I try live chat on both ends for days on end – I wish I was exaggerating. Neither side is helpful. In the end, Crypto.com offer to return the token back to BC.Game for $100 fee. Obviously this is a no brainer, so first I check with BC.Game live chat that this is okay and they’ll credit my account accordingly, and they confirm it will.

Crypto.com take weeks to process the return, but it finally went through a few days ago. I inform BC.Game live chat of this and they raise a ticket, however since then – absolutely nothing. No contact, no funds. What’s more concerning is, the ticket ID they have given me is the same ticket ID they raised originally when they sent the wrong token a month ago. I’d not heard from them once during this time. I’m not even sure ‘the backend team’ even exists at this point.

To make matters worse, it’s come at the worst possible time I think, given the other posts I’m seeing on this forum about BC.Game getting up to some shady practices.

I’m absolutely devastated at the thought of not getting this money back. It’s been over a month of utter stress trying to sort this. It’s taken an impact on my health. Genuinely, I could have really done with that money, and then to pay an extra $100 in an attempt to get it back… I just can’t believe it.

I’ll update everyone if anything changes.

Not spent a penny at BC since the update, waiting for new rules to be clarified, no way do I want funds to be locked due to shitty the 100% bonus or KYC,rules are as clear as mud at the moment,As far as I can see the UK is not on the banned country list but that could change any time,hard to see why anyone should fuck up a casino as much as they have, must be costing them a fortune in lost revenue.

he is being paid thousands of pounds to play and promote bc games. His game play is not a true reflection of what is really happening, he has know risk what so ever, as he is being paid to play there games, so what ever he might loose he just gets back each month in his grubby deal.

please forget the money which you won, you will never see it, and well done for doing your best not to gamble.

Remember Steve dose not, and never will give a flying fuck about you, that’s why you will never get any kind of answer from him.

Bio is a very long standing member of the forum with many interactions with Bandit over the years. They know, like many other long standing members that if they want to get in touch with Bandit then the best way is to email him.

You only need to look at the big wins section to see how many NONE streamers get max wins. Fucking loads each time I update them I’m like lucky sods 🤣 still not had one myself yet but that doesn’t mean they don’t happen.

CEG licence, a bunch of absolute cowboys. Much like Betbeard…they can just take everyone’s money and piss off in a second and nobody can do a thing about it as there is ZERO protection under this licence. These are risks people are taking and I have as well before I got accounts shutdown all over the place because I’m playing from the UK. Be VERY careful is all I’m saying. I’m done with it and the UK casinos as well, just no fun anymore either and everything is setup for bonus buys more than actual play.

Sorry, BC aren’t the CEG licenced one, they are CIL licenced but almost identical terms on each licenced.

Thanks everyone for the support.

Latest update: nothing. The customer support is the worst I’ve ever seen, by a wide margin. Pretty sure some of them are just bots, no one is that totally incompetent.

I’m chasing several times a day, and it’s the same sort of responses each time, either they have no idea what I’m talking about, or they fob me off with a generic response saying it’s with the backend team and to be patient. It’s been six weeks.

Honestly, I hope my reputation and history here carries some weight when I say this – do not play here. Save your money. They cannot be trusted.

You say that you’re not trolling, but that’s what you are doing.  I read your post out loud to myself and I’m reminded of being in the school playground or on the school bus back in 1990.
