I finally got my balance paid after 6 weeks of constant bugging them. I got some decent advice from members of the casinomeister forum but the @team.videoslots there were no help at all. I just kept on emailing VS CS several times a week telling them I would not be supplying any further intrusive financial information, telling them I wanted my account closed and balance paid, and sending them the following from GC at https://www.gamblingcommission.gov.uk/contact-us/guide/covid-19-our-most-common-enquiries-from-gambling-customers

I’m having a nightmare with these people. After a two years’ worth of play and having already verified everything they randomly suspended my account with over £8k balance. They are now demanding source of wealth documentation which i have refused to give and now they have confirmed they will not allow a withdrawal and will wait until 8 weeks after an official complaint is registered before handing the whole case over to IBAS for resolution. i think my overall account with them is in profit. Obviously i have no desire to continue my play with this shower but i would rather like my £8k. Any idea how i go about getting it from them? if it goes to IBAS will they force them to return my balance or do i risk losing it all?

Buried in the text of the ‘help’ section of the game it says you can “double your winnings with odds of 50/50”.

Had an absolute nightmare with these pirates.

Deposited £2k for a session and it turned out their max stake even for table games was £10 a spin. Tried to withdraw my balance and it was refused as in their Ts and Cs is states you have to play through any deposit at least twice before anything could be withdrawn.

Also no access to live casino games in the UK despite being advertised on their site.

I had to play through £4k at £10 a spin on roulette to get my money back.

Lightning Roulette RTP works out at 97.1% on straight up bets and 97.3% on all other bets which is in-line with most other roulette tables.

French Roulette has a RTP of 97.3% on straight, split, corner and street bets, but this increases to 98.65% on red/black, odd/even, and 1-18/19-36 bets due to La Partage.

American Roulette which has an RTP of 94.7% on all bets due to the extra green 00.
