The tile drops are not random. With Tomb of Madness, as with such games as Jammin’ Jars, the entire sequence will be predetermined from before the start of the first spin in that sequence. The amount you will win is also predetermined.

The random element comes in determining which amount and drop combination you will receive out of the range of possible outcomes. The fact that you get so many nearly wins, is like a bonus tease, and is done on purpose to tile you into spending more. At least that is my understanding.

But whatever, please to stick to your decision to stop gambling. You are guaranteed to lose and it’s a waste of life.

Yes I’m convinced Chip started off real. I used to enjoy watching his streams, but not long after he gave up his job to stream full time, that’s when things changed. I agree with the general sentiment now – not for me.

@xbob – don’t know where the OP got that idea from. I’ve read almost every post over the past couple of years and believe you are well liked here. You got a bit heated on one of the threads a week ago but i forget what it was about – that’s the only bit of drama you’ve had as far as I’m aware.

Won’t be everyone’s cup of tea but I like watching the LowStakeSlots lads on YouTube. They are Scottish, work minimum wage and really shouldn’t be gambling at all, which makes the 20-50p spins and associated losses very meaningful. They post 2-3 videos a week and are highly entertaining.

@Maskweaver. Setting aside the RTP issue, I think you would find yourself in the minority as far as stake size is concerned. There is a small but growing youtube channel called LowStakeSlots. These lads usually deposit £100 a week and take some type of bonus, spinning away at 20-50p a time. It’s highly entertaining due to one important issue. The risk.

These lads can’t afford to lose that much. You can hear the stress in their voice when the balance gets low and the relief when they hit big. Most regular punters only do 20p spins. It’s a relatable amount and given time people would soon adjust to it. The Bandit would lose some viewers of course, but the majority would stick with him, as I think most watch due to his commentary rather than the big wins and losses.

But of course all of this is entirely academic as I’m sure spinning away at 20p would bore the arse of him and he would never go for it.

All casinos will lower there rtp in next few months . Or just leave the uk . And how can anyone say he got gambling problem ,he gambles with what he can afford . If he had a problem the money would all be gone .

That’s like an alcoholic saying “the only time I have a problem is when I can’t afford a drink”.

There are different types of alcoholic. Some can stay dry for days or weeks, others are pissed every day, and they don’t go from perfectly fine to having their life in ruins in a matter of a few days. It takes time, sometimes years of abuse, before their addiction starts to really bite.

    Gambling addiction is no different.

@MaskWearer. Well matey I know he has affiliate links to VS but he does mention the lower RTP quite frequently on his videos, and it’s a well known issue. So I think scandalous is a bit harsh.

As I’m here, I think the biggest issue in making a profit on the new channel is his own gambling addiction. As alluded to by gameboy, it’s when he deposits that extra £500 at the end or blows £300-400 of his remaining balance chasing tops. Occasionally it will work but I suspect if he analyses his losses for the channel, the majority will come down to a few moments of madness.

I sincerely hope I’m wrong, but if he doesn’t face the fact he has a problem, then I can see all of his hard earned being slowly pissed away. Also this new channel will only last another few weeks at best.

To continue he needs to either dramatically reduce his stakes, stay disciplined and take deposit bonuses. Completing a bonus could be the new goal of a video and something everyone would find entertaining. We don’t need to see even £1 spins. 20-40p would be fine and he would then start to see a positive cash flow. But that comes back to his addiction. I think he would find such low stakes boring and would soon lose interest and go mad again.

He always says he only gambles what he can afford to lose, but what you can afford and what is sensible to spend are entirely different matters. If anyone regularly justifies there spend on an “afford” basis rather than what is sensible, they have an issue.

@GarryBanister Well done mate. You seem to have an almost evangelical zeal over giving up gambling. Of the very many types of these posts I’ve read over the past couple of years on various forums, I think yours is the most convincing. I am confident you will stay stopped. Best of luck 🙂

I’ve been irritated with this next bit of ridiculousness for several weeks.

Roshtein has a mate called Jay, a fellow Swedish chap who has moved to Malta. Now Jay hasn’t the first idea about slots, not a fucking scooby. Doesn’t know lines, ways, stakes, bonuses or any of the games, their potential or anything. Total beginner with no real passion for any of it.

He starts streaming, following a bit of hand-holding by Roshtein. He has the same 300% deposit bonuses as him, instantly promotes the same casinos, despite not having a fucking clue, and is soon spinning $100 spins on Big Bass Bonanza etc.

Now do bear in mind, that initially he had absolutely zero affiliate earnings, and as all of his followers were previously subscribed to Roshtein, will be unlikely to get a great deal any time soon. He isn’t rich (yet), just an ordinary chap.

There’s been a great deal of talk about fake streamers, with no absolute proof, but this is about as close as you’re going to get without a written admission of guilt.

Looks like a Roshtein clone to me. He has affiliate links on his twitch stream. If he can afford to gamble that high then why nickle and dime with affiliation?

    @Seedy.

Something else you may want to pass on mate. Steve built most of his main channel doing £1/£2 spins. Now he starts a second channel doing bits and pieces which is just as enjoyable to watch as his main channel.

Now he’s running out of play chips doing bonkers spin amounts, but he doesn’t need to play £40 spins on Reel King to get an audience. Almost all watch due to his personality and would still press play if he was spinning 10p spins. In fact, I for one would prefer it if he just deposited a couple of ton per session. I understand he bough a house on his winnings, and won hundreds of thousands over an above this, but he can just as easily lose it too.

So try to get him to turn it down, else given another 6 months he will have lost the lot.

I don’t gamble, but over the past year I have signed up to several casinos to advantage of the daily free spins on each. Most of the time I get nothing, but this past  month has been good and I am up £100 without risking a bean.

What I do is withdraw once I have met the minimum cash out criteria (or £5 whichever is higher). The casinos I use are Ladbrooks, Coral, Sky Vegas and Virgin Games. Most of you probably wouldn’t get out of bed for that amount, but over the year I am up about £300, so consider the five minutes a day a worthwhile investment.

I would particularly recommend the Sky Vegas new player bonus which gives 250 free spins for an initial £10 deposit with a 1x wager. It’s almost guaranteed profit so well worth doing.

Just don’t continue spinning after you have reached your minimum cashout else you will probably lose the lot 😉
