Maybe I am, I might see things differently regarding bankroll to this guy. My job is very telling on my body, especially my back. When I deposit even £50 I know what I’ve done to earn it but that £50 is now 100 spins. I’ve no subs or ad revenue,

Basically, what’s the point if your going to freak out and need to “win it back” if your £20 down?

Anyway, he may have some more subs from my mention. I’d jack it in though.

Ironically I have subbed due to your post, but I do absolutely agree with you. He says £1000 is a month’s wages for him, so I guess even a small revenue from other sources will make a difference to his life. It’s obvious that cash is tight for him and he quite obviously shouldn’t be gambling at all. Well, no one should gamble really as it’s a guaranteed loss unless you are a professional like our esteemed leader here.

Well done mate, that takes a great deal of character. Not just to stop the gambling but to face up to your obligations and pay off the debts.

Of any post I’ve read on here, this deserves a thumbs up.

@Argyl – clear something up for me here mate about this whole random issue.

Either something is True or it is not True.

Either there is a god or there isn’t a god.

Either something is random or it is not random.

I can’t be bothered. I’ve explained the mechanics of how slots and computer randomization work in excruciating detail dozens of times on this forum. It’s just bait, so that if I say they’re random someone can pop up and quibble that computers are not true Turing machines and therefore not random in the manner of e.g. radioactive decay of a particle. It’s not fucking relevant. They are sufficiently random. They produce statistically random results. No spin is influenced by the outcome of any previous spin, or who you are, or how much you’ve put in, or how much has been paid out. The outcome is not determined by the precise time of day. It’s not fucking complicated to understand.

It was a genuine question. Not bait, stirring or otherwise. Yeah, don’t fucking bother. I wish i hadn’t bothered chucking you £25 when you were short last year. Unappreciative prick.

Prick might be abit harsh but unappreciative nonetheless.

To be fair Mickey, Argyl has been banging on about this almost every month for the past two years at least. There have been so many planks arguing that slots are not “random”, misunderstanding the meaning of “sufficiently random”, that I’m not surprised he’s sick of the subject.

The confusion is mostly caused by the fact that a spin / bonus outcome is predetermined, which when taken at face value, suggests that it can’t be random. And at that point, those with less grey matter stop thinking, and hence come to the wrong conclusion.

So this wasn’t a personal attack, he’s just a bit fed up with it all.

@Kamil. You may find it hard to believe but the fact is the slots perform no better for streamers than they do for you.

The only difference is that by being an affiliate and commanding a large viewer base, some are able to command decent deposit bonuses, which give them a slightly better chance of cashing out. They also have better T&Cs allowing them to bet a higher stake during wagering. That means, when they win, they win bigger, and have a better chance of cashing out.

Don’t let the big wins fool you. There are loads of streamers playing hours per day, far more than your average punter. So, of course, they are going to hit more big wins. There is no conspiracy, no tiers of play, no special advantages. It’s just pure luck.

@kamil The way to make the most money is not to gamble at all. Streamers can lose a phenomenal amount of cash. Look at Bandit’s videos prior to Reel King/Honey Rush. You will find him hundreds of thousands down over his gambling career. The same goes for Rocknrolla. And despite being very popular, neither make anywhere near the income from affiliation to cover those losses.

Lets just say you deposit just 20 euros a week and lose that; doesn’t sound much and could be something you could afford. But even that’s 1000 euros a year; suddenly quite a lot of cash.

Depression is a killer. Gambling is not the answer. Don’t put a single cent in the damn slots. Get out, exercise, practice mindfulness, learn new skills and do things the will enhance you as a person. That’s far more likely to put you in a better place than the soul sucking feeling of losing again at the casino.

I totally despair. You have a long list of unsubstantiated wild arsed assertions with absolutely no concrete evidence to back them up.

What is more likely? That a new strain of coronovirus has developed naturally (as has been the case with every natural disease prior to the past 80 years) or that it was developed in some lab?

What is more likely? That Bill Gates wants to inject us all with some nano-chip vaccine to monitor our movements and control our minds, or that he’s a very wealthy man who wants to help the world currently in crisis?

What is more likely? That 60GHz 5g capacity is being developed to fill a commercial need and make said companies billions or that the intent is to create an infrastructure to control the masses?

Conspiracy theories are rife across the internet; anything from faked lunar landings to the world being run by an alien race of lizards. Are every one of these theories wrong? Probably not.

But dragging stuff out off your arse and presenting it as something which should be treated as a credible proposition is just what it sounds like. Total shite!

I don’t much care whether that is believable or not, it happened, i know it did and in fact, i did a daily quite detailed account of a couple of times i attacked Reel King in the way i did at the time in threads on here, fully documented 6 figure winning runs.

Wow that is exceptional mate – well done 🙂 I have been paying close attention and reckoned you were up about 650K before dumping 350K, but to hear you are that much up is great. You must have been doing some crafty slotting behind our backs :).

I’m not sure the odds of winning any given hand, but it’s close to 50%. I’ve only GCE maths, but I think the odds of losing 15 consecutive hands would be approximately 1 in 16,000 (given that the first loss to start the sequence is 100% likely).

Given the number of players and hands dealt, this would probably happen multiple times each day.

@thereelslotgrinder. All those bills are a big issue for sure, though nothing that can’t be sorted out by talking to your creditors. If you earn £50K a year, don’t gamble, and live very frugally for the next few months, then you could start controlling almost any amount of debt, if it’s managed correctly.

The real issue however, is that you still see winning big as a way out. You still have a gambling mentality and will still gamble.

So yes, I agree, you and your family are well and truly fucked.
