The problem is the other streamer/content creators are not so transparent. Some are quite dirty in terms of tactics to rope people in. It reflects badly on bandit and indeed others. Most people are fully aware of affiliation and in terms of the bandit they use it to support him. However, there are a minority of streamers who are using fake money and deception which angers people.

There’s a few of these people who quite clearly have a huge problem with gambling and get encouragement to keep playing. Hypa is a prime example. He’s a people pleaser and usually does his balls in and makes a vlog about how shit life is then people urge him to get back on it.

Maybe the addiction is also attention and minor YouTube fame for these people too.

I don’t see Fruity Slots as view botting, sub botting or whatever you want to call it.

Engagement is probably low as they lack the community of the bigger names. People tend to comment and interact more with people like Bandit as he engages the viewer a lot better. Same with someone like Rolla who has pretty high engagement because people feel compelled to comment due to high stakes or a big loss etc.

Nick Slots from what I remember has very low engagement also as well as Chipmonkz.

These are the people who just stream on a schedule and make compilations or solitary big win videos. People still enjoy viewing the content but tend to comment less as they are not involved emotionally with the content maker.

As for Scotty, well it should be clearly stated at the beginning of every video that he isn’t playing with his own funds then people wouldn’t get their back up or speculate. It’s also likely to draw negative responses as let’s be honest it’s borderline fake in terms of his reactions etc.

The only thing you can do is be transparent. You’re already doing this so theres little else to prove, not many others have posted their bank history and show you the inner workings of affiliation. That’s probably because they have something to hide, maybe the trolls should target the fake turds instead. Plenty of cowboys about!

There are fake streamers out there. Bandit isn’t one. However, whilst shady practices  carry on then others who are legitimate will get dragged down in to the debate. Leo Vegas were caught giving out monopoly money to a streamer before. A lot is speculation but theres also facts to back it up to.

The ones who cry about RTP being higher for streamers are the real nut jobs to be honest

Thank you for your advice. My only worry with telling my partner, is that it would be breaking point and she wouldn’t stick around. If I end up alone I’m more worried my gambling will get much worse? I think she would be deeply angry that I’ve lied to her, I just don’t know if she would stick around. But part of me knows I need to take that risk

I dont think you would end up alone, youd be surprised how supportive people are begond the initial anger. As long as you’re honest and say you need help then that’s surely better than years of lying that will probably come which will be even worse? I’ve done it myself, now I have taken control of my life through help. It’s difficult but sometimes you need to make a drastic change and take the rap for all you’ve done. Good luck anyway!
