Had many expensive cups of coffee in my time. Unfortunately I’ve done the same on many occasions. i know it’s no consolation but the money was winnings. I’ve been in today for footy bets and the fobt got a tenner off me. Was so tempted to carry on but I’d left bank cards at home thank fuck. It’s hard to swallow mate but we just got to move on. I’m sure you will and probably have by now.

I totally empathise – the big wins are actually the worst, because I would be in there the next night to win again, but lose, and then go back the next day because I wanted to win back the money I had won and lost – if that makes sense.

Its only after a real kick in the nuts that I would stay out of them for a while as the memory was raw.   The funny thing is that the lesson never sticks in your brain – which is why gamban is a good idea, its a constant reminder everytime you try to log on

I think that’s why I’m choosing to remember the £750 i lost about 6 weeks ago. I’ve lost more than that in one session many times but i don’t have as much disposable income as what i used to have so that hurt. I don’t want that sick feeling again. I’m not saying it won’t happen again but that session and that feeling will be at the front of my mind the next time I’m in a position to get heavily involved. I hope those thoughts do the job and stop me tilting. Only time will tell.

Wasn’t clear to me either. I feel like i have to untangle a riddle sometimes. Plain english in the future please.?
