I signed up to gamstop a couple of years ago, and went for the whole 5 years. Was a bit drastic really (im no compulsive addict) I didnt think much about it at the time, especially that I might fancy a gamble later on and it cannot be reversed.

Anyway a few months back I did fancy a gamble. Knowing the risks I signed up to what I hoped wasnt some dodgy casino and did a little deposit (tried to research a good one). My first withdrawal and I was like 20 quid up, but there were a few red flags when I looked further into the casino. To my suprise though the account got verified after sending in my docs and I got paid. Did 2 more deposits and withdrawals and was around £100 up in the end all paid out no problem.

So guess I got lucky, but my advice is to keep trying, as hopefully youll get paid, but either way you need to get off these sites, especially if you have a gambling problem. Just not worth the risk, and the one I was on had some very questionable t and c’s. Not so much an issue for me as im not an “addict” and only wanted to do a few little deposits, which is why ive not used it since, but even I dont feel safe playing there, and you certainly dont want to do your balls in if you cant even get paid out.

My biggest regret is signing upto gamstop in the first place as now I cant have a cheeky gamble without going down the dodgy casino route, which I dont want to do, but at the same time I cant/wont gamble so atleast gamstop works cant knock it, and should have been out years ago.

I have to echo the above really.

I dont mind bonus hunts, but I watch the bandit for his style of play and you just dont get that with these types of videos. I also agree that the “thrill” just isnt there any more at these stakes. Somewhat for the watchers and bandit alike. Theres lots of issues like bankroll/keeping everyone happy/not doing bollocks, etc, so its not always as simple as banging it on 40 quid stake, but I feel something needs to change/the format.

I also appreciate this style of play will be easier to make videos, but im not sure its the way forward, as the general feedback is not great, and the videos feel very “samey”. Im not up to date on them yet which is normally not the case, but im all bonus hunted out after the first video lol.

A minimum of 1 quality video every week/few weeks would be a better option imo, and surely take the same or less time than churning out 5 a week, but I dont know the reasonings behind this new format or if it was only ever a trial or what, so maybe the positives will outweigh the negatives for the bandit, and for personal/business reasons, I trust bandit will overcome this little “hump”, if I can even call it that.

The bandits slot channel is just one of his many ventures, and its not his main source of income, so how he runs the channel is down to him/other commitments, and he is often very open about the fact that he will have a punt when he can, and to check on twitter, etc. So I dont understand why people constantly ask where he is (the twitter feed is at the bottom of every page on this site lol), or why people moan that he doesnt upload much.

Even I get pissed off when theres nothing to watch on YT, and is a bit annoying when the bandits uploads are inconsistent, but it is what it is, and he never promises an upload and then doesnt deliver, and most importantly doesnt cost bugger all to watch, so really cant moan.

Wagering millions on reel king and building a fat pot has certainly helped a little…

If I was 30k up from reelking on a session then I couldnt go back to 2 quid spins either. People just need to accept that things change. Just like bandits style of play.

This thread is sadly a good example of why I cant be arsed to get involved on BIAM.

I remember when steve signed up to jackpotty forums many years ago long before BIAM was around, and I have followed him ever since (sounds kinda stalkerish haha).

Pretty much the only streamer I watch these days, and whilst arguably not perfect (no one is), he overall does a cracking job.

He gets way too much shit when imo hes one of the more genuine streamers out there, and this shit has made its way on to here now that youtube comments are disabled. Dont get me wrong theres plenty of good members on here (Im a lurker who observes), but the amount of people moaning/trolling/whatever else just ruins the good posts, and makes me not want to get involved. This is what I like to call the snowflake effect.

I entered the giveaway myself, and winning would have seriously been a massive help (im going through some “dark” times atm and money is certainly 1 of the issues). So what its been cancelled though… Its annoying yeah, as even with way less than 1% chance of winning there was still a chance of making my life just a bit more bearable with some free monies, and ill take any chance I can… but to sign up on a forum to moan like a little bitch… no thanks (although im technically moaning now haha). The only negative thing ill say about the bandit is maybe he could have been a bit more “sorry” to the genuine members that the giveaway was cancelled (instead of a “tough shit its cancelled”). I fully understand hes pissed about all this and its his fiery personality, but not everyones quite as understanding as me, and you need to keep the followers sweet after all.

So to summarise: yeah its a pisser its cancelled, but its due to snowflake wankers cheating the system. The same wankers that are signing up and moaning here about the giveaway that they got cancelled themselves.

Could always try hosting the file as a torrent? Would be very easy to do and eliminate any costs.

Big downside of not being able just to click play as would require downloading, but with high speed internet these days im sure it could be compressed into a reasonable size and once you have a bittorent client, would simply be a case of hitting download, sitting back for x amount of time, then hitting play. Would also require a few people to seed it, but cant see that being a problem.

Its maybe not a long term solution as im sure you want to get back on a platform like youtube, but in the short term and as a backup, I think its great tbh.
