**update** I’m absolutely sick to my stomach and shaking with anger that the RSPCA have tried to cover their own backs because of the uproar from the post on Facebook. When they contacted ashleigh yesterday and informed him Cleo had been pts they only told her about the ear problem and gave that as their reasoning for deeming him unsuitable of rehoming. Now there are a lot of angry people on Facebook who demanded answers and they have responded with their lousiest attempt of covering up the fact that they killed a cat that could have been fixed very easily had they just invested a small amount of time, money and care into him. He had been very recently looked at by a local vet who only reported on a small ear infection but nothing significant enough to affect his wellbeing. How come it was just an ear problem yesterday now all of a sudden there’s a number of things that were wrong with him? Absolutely dispicable. If he was in so much pain and so severely unwell WHY did they keep him alive for 7 days only to make the decision on the last day that he has suffered enough? I have never been so livid in my life. I can’t believe they’re going to get away with this. Not to mention the fact that they shared the advert for him missing on twitter on the 20th Jan. 1 day before euthanizing. If they TRULY believed he was unwell he wouldn’t have even made it to the 20th and they would definitely not have posted it, giving the owner 1 day to claim him. I’m lost for words and so so angry. ??

feel free to take a look I hope you can understand why myself and ashleigh are so frustrated with insensitive people who just want to rub salt in the wound of someone who is already grieving

    5. Ashleigh registered him as lost on the website at around midnight 22nd January, hours after he had been euthanized. On their twitter page they had shared the advert on the 20th January, 1 day before. Twitter is a huge platform and if they had posted it there sooner he would have been found. How could they post it knowing they were going to kill him the next day? How is that fair? Not only that but they then shared ashleighs advert on the 22nd after he was already pts. The pictures clearly show it is the same cat. They should be completely ashamed of themselves for letting this happen.

    6. Finally this point is the most important. People are defending the Rspca by using the fact that he wasn’t chipped as a justification for him being put to sleep or having such a short opportunity to be found. If he had been chipped there are many occasions where the owner isn’t contactable or even they can’t locate the chip. So how anyone could use this as a reason to blame ashleigh is beyond me because the chip is NOT the reason he is dead. It was a neglect of care from a supposed to be trusted establishment whose sole purpose is to rescue and care for animals. Yes this could have been avoided but the real problem here and the only people to blame are the vets who decided he wasn’t worthy and the RSPCA for their outrageous policies

No one is defending the RSPCA in the decision that they made. I agree that it looks like they did not provide a reasonable time frame regarding this; all that is being pointed out is that it is important to have any pet micro-chipped as it does help with the identification process. At no point has anyone blamed Ashleigh and I truly believe that everyone who has posted is very sympathetic to what has happened. No one wants to see an animal put to sleep, especially if it is a family pet and the family are doing everything they can to locate their pet.

The RSPCA will not always attempt to re-home animals that have any signs of infection due to potential complications or spreading of infection to other animals. I am not defending what they have done in this case, but I dont think its fair to say that everyone is having a go at Ashleigh and justifying what the RSPCA did over a micro-chip

Sorry I was unclear in my post this was based entirely on the Facebook thread which has hundreds of comments – I thought ashleigh had linked the thread in her post that’s my mistake, I appreciate the responses on this forum as no one has blamed ashleigh – I’m just hurt and shocked by this situation and my anger is reflected in my post so I’m sorry for that

shared on 22/01 hours after he had been put to sleep. We are just devastated by the carelessness of the rspca but it’s just one of many horror stories regarding them.

shared on their twitter 20/01 just hours before he was put to sleep. Tell me this cat looks too unwell to recover from a small ear infection.

There are a number of reasons as to why the Rspca are at fault in this case

    1. The website that they use to advertise lost and found animals is ridiculously difficult to navigate and in order to contact them about an advert you need to pay and register.. Just think how many issues this could cause for people who may not have been payed yet or haven’t got access to their bank card..endless possibilities but there is no information whatsoever put on the advert to indicate who is posting it or how to contact them so you need to pay to even have a slight chance

    2. The cat wasn’t even lost to begin with and was clearly in good health aside from a small issue with his ears which ashleigh has explained were in the middle of treating but the problem wasn’t severe enough to affect his overall wellbeing. I’ve seen people commenting on the Facebook Post defending their decision of putting him down because they’re overrun with animals and have no other option but to dispose of them, which is already inhumane but he wasn’t unwell enough to fit any description of ‘unsuitable to rehome’ as you can see on the advert they posted for him he looks clean, well fed and alive. They should be professional enough to know that he wasn’t a stray cat and he didn’t need rescuing.

    3. He was ‘found’ on the 14th January: the same day he was let out of the house and yet the advert didn’t appear to be posted on petslocated until the 18th. He was euthanized on the 21st meaning they actually gave him 3 days to be claimed before they made the decision that he wasn’t worthy of life any more. They massively fucked up by describing him as all/mainly white as he is CLEARLY black and white and this mistake alone cost him his life as ashleigh would have found him sooner had they put the right description. What a stupid move on their part considering they follow a policy which allows them only 7 days of care before they’re rehomed or killed.

    4. 7 days – for such a huge, multi million pound organisation you’d think all animals deserve longer than 7 days regardless of whether they are chipped or not. This policy is outrageous and according to their website they provide the best vetenary care to all animals and rehome them where possible. They didn’t even give him a chance. The issue he had didn’t affect his health in any way shape or form, they simply just couldn’t be bothered to treat him any longer and disposed of him, adding him to a pile of all the other thousands of animals they euthanise daily due to their neglect of care or interest. Being chipped has nothing to do with the fact that they showed no compassion or care for this animal, where does all of the money donated go to if its not helping animals? Its a fucking disgrace and they should be shut down for practising such harsh, cruel and unfair policies.

I’m not sure if anyone else has suggested this already but I think when you do a tournament giveaway like the fat santa knockout then throughout the progression stage you should do it using Free play on casumo or something, instead of using your actual money and pretty much making nothing back as the majority of the bonuses bought rarely returned more than 25% of your buy in stake for the fat santa knockout, it would be just as exciting to watch because its just all about which team gets the most points and then use your actual money for the buy at the end 🙂 in terms of ideas for a giveaway, how about Genie jackpots megaways or buffalo rising megaways and to make it fair you just choose the same lamp in GJM and in BRM always pick 15 spins x1 (or the maximum spins if you get more than 4 scatters) – just an idea haha 🙂 also while I’m throwing out ideas I’ve got a slot request as I’ve never managed to bonus it and I’m curious to see how many spins it takes for you to trigger it – bust the bank. Cheers 🙂

Just thought I’d post this in here just as I thought the game had died on me, dozens of spins with no feature and I was getting frustrated, got the red key glow – bonus boost (4 scatters) and got the top bonus straight off the wheel, almost 300x so the red for me so far has been a guaranteed 100x plus win 😀

I’ve been playing it across loads of sites including Coral, started with £10 and withdrew £200 just from the goonies alone building up the balance, it definitely did tease a few times! saying that though I find that it doesn’t tease anywhere near as much as other blueprints like ted, wish upon a jackpot etc and with the bonus boost I’m yet to see it miss, ted and king kong cash love to miss even after they’ve put 20+ bonus symbols on the reels haha. But the key definitely did tease at coral but I’ve found its been consistent across all of the sites I’ve played at (coral, william hill, betvictor, sky vegas) and if I had to guess i’d say 8/10 teases do actually land the feature, possibly 9/10 purely because i’ve had countless features now and very little teases so it must be around 90%, for me anyway haha 🙂

Yes I noticed all of them, the top feature can actually be awarded after any feature or during the first 2 which is crazy, it gave it to me after the sloth free spins 🙂 I just wonder if when you get the bonus boost key trigger, can it miss? I must have played thousands and thousands of spins on this game and haven’t missed a bonus boost once, but nearly every other blueprint is notorious for missing it even when it’s added 20+ bonus symbols to the reels haha or is the boost purely just to maximise the chances of 4 or 5 scatters whilst guaranteeing a feature? Such an amazing game can’t get enough of it 🙂

Yes! Exactly the same, just came to see here if anyone else was experiencing the same with me on this game. By far the best Blueprint i’ve played, can’t seem to stop getting bonuses on it and I play the same stakes mostly 60 or 80p, bonuses and features are pretty much none stop and I’ve withdrawn hundreds just from that game alone across a few different sites with £10-20 deposits. Would be great to see it as a Single slot series because the potential is massive, the game is addicting and if you didn’t already know when the key glows red it pretty much means big win incoming, I got that before a bonus boost which gave 5 scatters, took me straight to the big money 🙂 Great game
