I’m wondering if anyone can help me . Used videoslots for about 5 years . I’ve done the pow and all that before with them about a year ago .
I withdrew £200 yesterday and noticed it was pending for a while so I contacted live chat to see if I needed to submit documents as they are usually very quick to withdraw. They told me I didn’t which was good because I was going away with my partner and wouldn’t have access to pay slips .
I then got an email today saying I needed to show proof of wealth after all and that was why the withdrawal was still pending . I contacted live chat again to say I was already told I didn’t need to and wouldn’t have access to them for 3 weeks due to being away.
I threw a hissy and my account has now been closed permanently and my withdrawal is stuck until I can prove proof of wealth . Is there a way I can get the £200 within the next 3 weeks without showing POW or is it just a case of me sucking it up and moving on to another casino?
Any help would be greatly appreciated .
