Somewhere within the bowels of the Casinos/Providers terms and conditions there will be a provision for this sort of glitch. If there isn’t, they need to fire their lawyers.

You can look at this in several different ways, but the only way you are really going to nail the casino is by hiring a lawyer yourself. And that could cost a lot of money, without giving a satisfactory outcome.

The blow was softened by that £16k win, you dont half know how to moan a win in though! Well played.

It glitches but I agree that it might cause the program to not give more numbers therefore not providing you with a chance to actually retrigger which I assume it would have done if you recieved more numbers when it caught up.

Seem pretty strange having a tech glitch of that nature which hasn’t occurred before.  One assumes that the game is thoroughly tested before being released to the general public.

The problem of course is that the provider can state that it was a glitch, and that the player was never going to win big, but you will never convince the player of that – they already have a healthy lack of trust in casino;s who they see as being out to fist them at every opportunity.

This sort of debacle just feeds that “paranoia”

You can check. The full game round is replayable in the back offices of both casino and BTG. Its all logged with 3 unique codes..

1 – Game ID code. This signals the game provider, the slot.

2 – Player Code. This is your unique player code for this provider on their site. Usually it is just a number between 1 and… however many users they have. So far your code will be something like – BTTFC0873453

3 – Game ID Round – This is a huge multitude of numbers and letters as they are billions of spins.

Add all this together, sent it tot he back office, you get the spin result. It can be played back. Not many casinos will tell you this.

 

About the quoted post – I assume this glitch has occured before, but missed. When the sites and RTG testers and RNG and all that test the games, they set it to spin about 20billion rounds, or more. Obviously you cant watch this so you are checking random rounds, payouts, RTP and any code errors.

This is purely a front end graphical error, and should be easily fixed.

 

MY view – This does not make it a bad game, personally i like this game. HOWEVER this does make it unplayable until the fix patch is launched. Should be a simple code review and update from that spin.I hope.

exactly!!!! who wants to play a game, that’s full of “glitch’s” and problem’s. BTG need to sort this out, asap. and perhaps contact you steve, and suggest or offer a way of putting this right for you. as far as i’m concerned this game played its spins out and showed the re-trigger etc. and the x27 symbol. then whipped the free spins away and the multiplier.

Conned, and ripped off. With any luck, BTG will sort you out.

BTG need to see the bigger picture here. new game, and the sheer fact of how, now this game has been shown to clearly rip customers off, players aren’t going to want to risk playing it.

Hope you get this sorted, maybe BTG are reading this, ?!?!??!? maybe you should drop into steve’s bank a 1000X stake gesture of good will. and restore the “Trust” back to the hundred’s in not thousands of people that have already seen this video. Many player’s including myself, will now stay away from your games, i mean,…….. they can’t be trusted, surely???
