Dafuq. Answers on a post card please!
Not read other posts incase spoliers,but just watched that part on video.
Basically as you noticed it started at 6 not 10,which was the actual mistake,so the total numbers you got would not have got it down to 0 so you were not robbed,guess a game glitch…..to maybe help you feel better i got it to x27 and still only paid just over 100x

I get what Bandit is saying, ive already sent the video to BTG to see what they say, as if this is something serious we wont be adding this on our sites in a weeks timeSeem pretty strange having a tech glitch of that nature which hasn’t occurred before. One assumes that the game is thoroughly tested before being released to the general public.
The problem of course is that the provider can state that it was a glitch, and that the player was never going to win big, but you will never convince the player of that – they already have a healthy lack of trust in casino;s who they see as being out to fist them at every opportunity.
This sort of debacle just feeds that “paranoia”

Yeah it is a bug in the game. but doesn’t look good does it? iron out all the bugs before releasing it ffs, its not a FIFA game.

17th March 2019 at 6:22 pm #55778We now know it can glitch, so who’s to say that the glitch wasn’t the first scatter just displaying the wrong number, so it counted down correctly just didn’t display the right number it was going to count down by.

Leo need to take it off their site while BTG figure it out as when money is involved you can’t have issues as big as this imo.

don’t mince your words mate .17th March 2019 at 6:55 pm #55799Hi Bandit, thanks for another great Sunday slot session, ref the “Final Countdown” lost retrigger, I can only think the excuse from leo will be that the retrigger came about due to a mix count, you got a 6 point reduction instead of 3 prior to reaching zero, so as a game error I don’t see Leo giving you any recompense for not getting the retrigger, even though it awarded one, the earlier error will give them a get out. But great win on old faithful “Reel King” should help soften the blow, keep up the great work.
