    Sell that 65 inch TV you was on about at the start of the thread . Get you there and back a few times and you wont have to contemplate breaking the law by taking money out of your deceased moms account

    benq sorry for ur loss mate . Just spoke to my mrs who looked after my mums affairs after she sadly passed away in january . And after speaking to companys utillitys and virgin media was told not to worry that in effect when my mum passed away so did her debt . So where i understand where ur coming from with it being ure mums money . Use it and dont worry mate no one will chase u up for it  .
