Or do you mean wager her £15 pound bonus balance? Because when she loads up any game it just has 0 balance she loaded up book of dead, danger, fruit warp and the doghouse all of them said 0 balance
So if she has used her £15 that would have unlocked all of her £15 pound in that case because 10% of 15 is £1.50 but it still has her full £15 in bonus balance it’s confusing me haha

Something similar happened to me with energy casino around a year ago and I had my deposits refunded to the value of £1533 a believe it was that, I’ll try and dig up some old emails for use all to read.

Personally I’ve battled 3 different addictions I’ve battled and won 2 just can’t beat the 3rd one which is gambling I’ve went months before and then I get an urge and have a go whether it be online or down the bookies I always find a way, I think I said on one of my last comments that I was giving up, since then I haven’t gambled at all around 2 weeks or so I think, im in quite a bit of debt tbh bit of a struggle but just getting through it best I can, pay day is Friday and that’s the day I have to conquer gambling after all my bills there won’t be much left anyway but what I used to do was deposit before my bills even came out (bad idea) this is why I’m in a lot of debt but I’m trying like you haz and a few others on here but it’s hard and the video situation personally I believe the videos help me majority of the time but sometimes I think they make me worse I understand this is my responsibility not blaming any streamers this is just my opinion so for me I dunno whether it’s time for me to leave gambling on a whole for a while then see what I’m like after a good few months then maybe catch up on some vids and if I feel like the urge is back, I’m going to have to stop gambling as a whole for the rest of my life this is just my view currently!

11Unfortunately had I also fell into that trap actually benefited from it at first had some great cash outs mainly from huge wins on extra chilli but now after the weekend I had I’ve had to stop altogether I’m on gamstop just used an account of my partners and it’s all went down hill so I’ve told her to never let me use it again as I’ve ticked up more debt and I can’t take the stress and stuff from gambling anymore fantastic when your winning but when you lose which in reality is majority of the time the bad always overweighs the good and in the end I’m just ruining my life just gonna have to stick to the videos from now on gonna be hard but I’ll get there in the end!

Jimbo has also made a video these are streamers that didn’t have to do this but that’s what genuine streamers do because it is there livelihood so to speak and I’m guessing bandit will also do the same when he’s back!
Got to be fake, look at streamers like Craig+chipmunk they have come out straight away to clarify and make clear they are genuine showing transactions, craig showed is actual bank account mad fucker haha so if he was real he would have came straight out and said here it is and proved everyone wrong more out of anger I would suggest especially if that was me and people were claiming I was fake, I’d want to prove everyone wrong but excuses to try and delay or whatever just suggests he is lying, not fact but my opinion!
