It is 100% programmed. You won’t get it every spin obviously, but it’s randomized as a loss screen to come up 1-2% of the time to be a close big win, and 0.25% of the time to be a close HUGE win. The UKGC needs to regulate casino’s far more than they do, with the rules they abide by… examples

5) UKGC needs to investigate any casino refusing to payout a player. and arbitrate ANY disputes.

That bit about 0.5% is way off. It’s around 13%.

But the cash out levels once wagering is done is way higher than people on a standard balance. Feels like more of a mission I guess..
