Oh yeah I had to take ID to the shop everytime I cashed out over £100 to there Paysafecards option in shops. I done this as I didn’t take my debit cards out when gambling in the bookies.

I had 1 arsehole who had to see the 2 parts off me license to payout.

I took my ID to a William hill Shop, years ago & asked the manager to get me to a online manager to process my details & to make sure I was 100% validated. Told them me and my lawyer don’t do Copies of ID and that under no circumstances are they allowed to hold any photos off my ID.. Data breaches have been prevailing ever since & I believe No casino should be allowed to hold onto photos off said Id’s.

William Hill also gave me notification of these said changes years ago & Allowed me time to either withdraw all funds or get verified.. Online they are the best company in my opinion for allowing me these options.

I can’t blame you Hacko1 as that’s a lot of deposits to lose without having any fun…

It’s the reason I decided to stop for a while, as Ive took a beating in the last 2 years, and I can easily not play online slots, it’s the bookies that get me most often, so I barred myself from some shops in the city centre and been slot free since December ???

But dam, I really want to play Vikings unleashed megaways, but it would take a grand to start & I ain’t depositing that amount just for a slot.

Tbh I’m surprised I have lasted so long ?

Avoid this casino at all costs imo, because their from Sweden and Swedish companies are the nut low, they are based in Malta but have head offices in Sweden and will use the letter off the Law in their favour Ofcourse in daily dealings.

not too long ago I put £1.2k into a machine, after a couple of hours I broke even, and the guy actually has to have a 2 minute conversation on the phone to refund to my card.

He didn’t have a 2 minute conversation when I was pumping it in there

It’s because only a manager can give the go ahead to pay to card in a bookies.. Sucks thou, then again it gives you a bit more security, same as a casino for a certain amount but usually the manager is just standing out off your sight. ??
