You are right, I know it’s not a massive deal in comparison but my head says otherwise and makes me very down. But saying that, it seems to be less and less as time goes on.

My dog is my world.

My family will know what I did with the money when I have paid them back. Purely because of embarrassment and I’ve already put them through enough.

Cheers buddy. I’m done with this now anyways. Moving past it. I may be in debt but so is (most likely) 99% of the people on here. Debt is manageable. My mood is a harder task to conquer.

Lesson learned though. I thought this has been a good place to share my pain before so I thought I would vent again.

Well there it is. The poison of this forum.

Not that I need to explain myself but… My family actually think I gambled the money away because that is what I told them.

I didn’t set out to help everyone I crossed. It just happened that way. I’m not into the whole “oh your such a good guy, well done you for putting others first”.

What exactly do I have to gain from writing this post? Please enlighten me because if anything can be gained apart from getting it off my chest then I’m all ears… Like seriously,.. please. I have nothing. So any info on what I can gain would be appreciated.

My dark place is the fact that my wife left me and I’m going through a tough divorce… Nothing to do with gambling.
