Ok. Say you run a casino. Which you can. And you dont need to be a criminal, policitian, or even have a high IQ. Its not a secret club you need to join. You have players who deposit 25 euros. They then withdraw 50 euros. This is a gross loss for your casino of 25 euros. Add on cost of running the actual casino, staff, games, all the rest, and the net loss is more like 80 euros. Plus you pay the affiliate for a CPA maybe. So it could be a 200 euro loss. Do you do…
A – Try and leave the payment pending for 24 hours in case they cancel it, saving you a larger loss.
B – Try and direct them to a payment method that is only 2% of the transaction amount, not 17 euros fixed cost.
C – Approve the payout but attempt to get the player to use another method in future, by offering a bonus on a different method.
D – Do everything you can to avoid paying out 17 euros per cashout extra for players who stupidly only use wire transfer.
E – All of the above?
I am 100% for player rights, as youll know if you read anything i write here or in the industry im in. But im only for it if the players make any sense.
