thats what I’m worried about them cancelling the withdrawal as it’s £1000+

ive sent the documents they are requesting and I’ll see what they come back with.

Kassu are part of genesis, so I’m sure they’ll pay out 🙂 try not to use other peoples payment methods in future though, just incase they do cancel it and return your deposit. It will be gutting 🙂

No real reason to deposit that way imo, just set up your own paypal – simple.

With the hoops they make you jump through these days you’re very lucky they didn’t just sack the whole thing off.

Hi guys just a update.
they are really dragging there feet after sending the 3rd party declaration form back 3 times and the have blocked me from playing games then blocked my account totally saying I have self excluded until 7th December 2023 saying there is a account where I have self excluded from but I have not.

BUT

Apparently the withdrawal is still pending and after speaking with live chat he states he’s 100% it will be processed within the next 24hours ?‍♂️

but will definitely not be doing anything like that again and would recommend anyone not to do it!
