I have had an account at rizk , vs and casumo for this year and have played mainly casumo and videoslots . decided to have a bash on rizk and lost and lost finally recovered a little bit and decided to pull it out . was probably 300 in and had a 150 cashout and a 75. all dandy right? woke up check my balance and I have 2 transfers come in 1 for 110 and one for 53 , confused as to wtf that is I contact live support they send me to ask my bank. so I do. TURNS OUT rizk is shit, first of all the holier than thou site has a 75 minimum withdrawal limit as oppose to 20 anywhere else then they don’t just debit your account like casumo or videoslots no these fine folks decide to send you a wire transfer at a fee of 17$ a pop , then conversion rates basically your forfeiting THIRTY PERCENT of your winnings . why don’t they take me out to dinner atleast I like to be fed before GETTING FUCKED , FUCKED ME YOU FUCKED MY WEEEK UP YOU FUCKING SCAM ARTISTS FUCKS. 1. It’s not a scam site, it’s a very well known, tightly regulated, reputable casino. I played there regularly for 2 years and never had a bad experience.

any way you cut a 4x withdrawal amount from the deposit amount its a scam.

basically if u deposit 20 you have to turn it into 75 then sacrifice 25 and receive 50? makes no sense anyway you cut it.

Ok. Say you run a casino. Which you can. And you dont need to be a criminal, policitian, or even have a high IQ. Its not a secret club you need to join. You have players who deposit 25 euros. They then withdraw 50 euros. This is a gross loss for your casino of 25 euros. Add on cost of running the actual casino, staff, games, all the rest, and the net loss is more like 80 euros. Plus you pay the affiliate for a CPA maybe. So it could be a 200 euro loss. Do you do…

A – Try and leave the payment pending for 24 hours in case they cancel it, saving you a larger loss.

B – Try and direct them to a payment method that is only 2% of the transaction amount, not 17 euros fixed cost.

C – Approve the payout but attempt to get the player to use another method in future, by offering a bonus on a different method.

D – Do everything you can to avoid paying out 17 euros per cashout extra for players who stupidly only use wire transfer.

E – All of the above?

I am 100% for player rights, as youll know if you read anything i write here or in the industry im in. But im only for it if the players make any sense.
