Can I ask some advice have you ever deposited money into unibet with your wife’s card. My wife borrowed my card and set up a unibet account she ended up winning £12600 pound and now they have sent an email saying they are withholding the money and just put the initial deposit back on the card. That money was life changing for us a deposit for our house. Should I seek legal advice I’ve never been so low in all my life thanks Kenny
I hate to say it, Kenny, but it doesn’t look good for you. Casinos are generally quite clear in that the card has to be your card, in your name. This is to prevent fraud. Someone could have stolen your wife’s card and then taken the winnings.
Sorry bud, it sucks as that’s obviously a huge amount of money, but at least you know for next time.
It’s always worth following it up with the casino, and asking for advice from others (I’m certainly no expert), but my opinion is that you won’t see that money again.
01That’s why I would rather help someone out with goods rather than cash. Blown your money? No worries. I don’t judge as I’ve done it myself. I will fill your freezer up with food for the month so you don’t starve, or if the Mrs has thrown you out you can crash at mine or get a hotel. Pay me back when your on your feet. But I will not give you cash to go and blow it on a FOBT. Also if your genuine you will take the food etc. It’s not charity and there’s nothing to be ashamed of.
Just remember if someone helps You, when your in a position to help out then return the favour. But some people will always push it a bit to far.
I really do hope the op is ok either way.if my managed to sort everything out or get a place well done. But at least let people on here know your ok. It’s the right thing to do after people offered to help you
You’re a good man, Andy.
00I was on that Skelton bonus . Playing on my mobile . Got down to the last 2 picks , and it wouldn’t let me press on the one I wanted. I know it’s prob all predetermined . And it prob my mobile playing up . Off course I just ended up picking the other one for death . I find if it’s in the mood it teases all the time . But then I’ve played it where it gives it u every time.
Yeah it’s definitely predetermined, Blueprint are an absolute fiend with that! Hope that’s a consolation for you anyway, you were always going to die there no matter what you picked!
00That BTG one you played last time, with the round sweet things as symbols… I forget the name
Or Genie Jackpots megaways or Millionaire please
+1 plz. Never seen you play it yet and it’s got huge potential I’ve heard…
10Struggled to get up this morning big time! Fortunately I work from home, so it certainly has its advantages :’)
00I am confident, that if, in all of those 70,599 spins, you kept the same bet size (e.g. £2 for all), your RTP would be incredibly close to the theoretical RTP of 96%. There will be some sessions (e.g. this one by the look of it!) where of course you blitz the theoretical RTP right out of the window, but it equals out. But the increase in bet sizing throughout your session, in order to achieve a profitable top, is why you have the success that you do!
Don’t want to bore people with this, as I made a lengthy post about it before in another thread a while back. Basically a Martingale-esque strategy on a slot that synergises well with it. As I said before – if there was no max bet, and you had unlimited funds, you could never lose on this slot (same as blackjack, roulette etc. once you adjust your bet sizing to a profit margin). But unfortunately those two things aren’t ever possible, and the bet sizing can become unsustainable, so you have to rely on not getting unlucky, rather than getting lucky.
I’m a bore I know, but this is an important message to all those looking to replicate the Bandit’s success!
10Amazing gesture once again, Steve.
@Yidfather – enjoy it, and spend it on something important, you have been blessed with a second chance here! Hope 2019 is a great year for you 🙂00Voiding all bonus funds upon withdrawal is pretty common. What’s not so common is having no warning upon attempting to withdraw, it should normally inform you that if you proceed all bonus funds will be voided. Bit dirty that they wouldn’t.
Really unlucky bud. I certainly wouldn’t go as far as saying Winner are dodgy or corrupt as a result of this directly, however CasinoMeister do have them in their rogue list due to their other payout T&Cs. Best to avoid!
00Yeah normally the next day between 2PM and 4PM for me, pretty consistently. On one or two occasions it has been the following day after that, same sort of timeframe.
It does heavily depend on your bank also! I have heard some people getting paid in mere hours!
10I want to officially apologise for this. Well, more so the fact that you had to endure it. I’m still here, still alive. Did hit rock bottom and having only passed by twice and not felt to log in, wanted you to know I read your replies but my head was still fucked so i didn’t respond thinking it was best not to.
Feeling a lot better by now of course. Got my head down, wasn’t very well for a few days, probably stress related but managed to do some painting and spend time with my kids. My dog knew something was wrong, he always does.
Hope you are all ok and not mad at me for just letting my heart piss out any old shit that was in it.
Peace and love to you all.
Don’t feel like you can’t share bud. It’s important that there is always an avenue to use to vent, it helps.
Glad you’re okay.
00Holy Diver looks so good! Can’t wait for you to give this a Single Slot Series once it’s released, Steve. 😉 show us all what to avoid!
00Yep, unfortunately 888 are not a casino with a good reputation… at all. They have a huge marketing budget, and unfortunately this results in a false sense of security for new and returning customers. Their customer service is shockingly bad, and if you are disputing a decision they have made, good luck trying to get it resolved.
They actually paid me out £1k from a £10 Birthday bonus that I had back in August, that I somehow managed to work up to a thou. Was convinced they weren’t going to pay it out, but they did! So from my end, I’ve had no issues with them personally. But I’ve heard many horror stories.
00Bit of a weird one this. I guess, given the exposure it got and the evidence supporting the customers claim, Bet365 had to settle. And as Steve said, great publicity for them in the end, particularly as it ended in a positive result!
00Merry Christmas, Bunni!
Welcome to the forum, and hope you have a very happy New Year 😀
