[The Bandit WANTED $5,419 El Bandito]

Was there wagering left that you could have carried on playing for the possibility of a withdrawal? It sucks that they just void it and that is is, you would think they have the power to return the account to the state it was in prior to the withdrawal request and let you carry on – obviously it’s unfortunately the same with everywhere…. they do not want to pay out do they!

This is whats called a dodgy casino.. probably unregulated. (not that the UKGC are good for anything). Tons of things need sorting in this industry, dodgy casinos, usually newish ones, will do all sorts of things to avoid paying out.. especially when bonuses are involved.

It would be better if the UKGC just said, the only bonuses you can receive, are free spins, with no wagering requirements.

Voiding all bonus funds upon withdrawal is pretty common. What’s not so common is having no warning upon attempting to withdraw, it should normally inform you that if you proceed all bonus funds will be voided. Bit dirty that they wouldn’t.

Really unlucky bud. I certainly wouldn’t go as far as saying Winner are dodgy or corrupt as a result of this directly, however CasinoMeister do have them in their rogue list due to their other payout T&Cs. Best to avoid!

Complete bollocks though, personally i would be very pissed off if that happened to me and would be contacting The Gambling Commission, E cogra, The Pogg Themselves and Casinomeister encase someone can help. Just letting them get away with it to me is not on.

Contacting the gambling commission and complaining that you breached the terms and conditions and therefore aren’t getting paid isn’t likely to generate much of a response 🙂

Nope! Balance straight down to £0.00. I was on the phone with them for about 20 minutes in which they were just repeating themselves “withdrawals cancel bonuses, it’s in our terms and conditions of the bouns.” I bet they were laughing their tits off. I’ve now deleted my account. Let’s use it as a lesson people need to be careful when it comes to bonuses. End of the day no gambling site wants to give away money!! Expensive mistake but hopefully I’ve made the mistake so someone else wont.
