well that bloody plate aint going to work. its wooden,  5 ft wide and filled with calories. Id rather starve than exercise. I cut my beer intake down from 15 cans a night to just 8 and I dont drink every night now. 8 years ago I was putting away over 100 cans a week plus fuck loads of weed.. Since I cut down I put on weight. I think once you hit 40 you bloat out. I tried going on the spirits to cut calories but drank a bottle a night. These quantities wernt even getting me drunk or stoned.  Now I have 5 beers and Im ok, couple of doobies ok. I cut out sugar and snacks and went to the saucer plates but mines mostly beer related .
