On 500 they send a link to your email for your weekly and monthly bonuses and if you don’t receive or collect it within 72 hours it expires and they keep your bonus.
I had the email hit my inbox for my monthly after a lot of wagering but it had been sent 3 days prior apparently so expired. Genuinely thought won’t be an issue they’ll sort it but nope they just aren’t helpful at all which tbf is the same as every scummy UK casino but disappointing nonetheless as now aware if I ever do have an issue they will dig their heels in and refuse to sort it. The bonus/money irrelevant I’d have just played that in no time anyway with them it’s the way they have dealt with it.
BC the same. I can’t get rid of the red dot for the free spins on sign up never let me collect them. Don’t even want them just want rid of the red dot drives my ocd crazy but they run a decent bonus every Tuesday based on your wagering ahd a technical glitch is stopping my account from signing up to it or accessing any wager races. Tried sorting it but completely impossible to get someone to do it so I’ve given up
Tldr – my experience fwiw has been both casinos are amazing providing you never have an issue but once you do they are shite
