Firstly – I agreew ith most of what Bandit says, but this I have mixed feelings.

Working in iGaming, even in Malta, you see the need for these kinds of things. Steve, with his recent increased levels of deposits, will be flagged up on every system of anything from VIP, SuperWhale, Jesus, or “Fuck me he is back”.

What you need to know if each year casinos also have to pay tax. They have to submit reports on large depositors to regulators, licencing companies and such. In these reports are listed that they comply fully with AML checks, KYC submission, holding of documents, GDPR and DPA.

So short version – Its sending a selfie that enable you to gamble the amount that you do, in the comfort that you have, and reap the rewards that hardly anyone else has the balls, or brains, to figure out. In return they guarantee your wins, payouts, insured funds, and also pay you on time.

Id just do it and get on with it.

 

However – Them asking the poster above for a letter form the boss? Thats odd. Why not just send in the simple Passport/BankCard/UtilityBill/WageSlip?

 

As for source of funds – without that casinos become drug money laundering operations REAL fast. They get shut down daily globally and its a mess. To operate legally you need this.

I have sent in Driving Licence and payslip plus utility bill, selfie with bank card, colour picture of bank card etc as part of verification- but apparently my level of deposits now requires KYC additional verification- this list of acceptable stuff is a bit odd for example I could provide a letter from a benefactor! I don’t have the list to hand but the letter from my company seems the easiest to provide but I am wary for the reasons above stated

Thats weird. Obviously I dont know your level of deposits, but im guessing 5 figures monthly for this type of range of requests.

However – if you are UK based and playing on the UK site then source of wealth, ID, address and the required info they already have is more than enough (I work in iGaming so I know).

I have checked and it is a source of wealth request – my deposits in March were double my verified income and so want documentation to demonstrate how I have managed to make this level of deposits. Some of it is recycling from withdrawals but showing that doesn’t seem to be an offer. As I recall the company letter, the benefactor, have I sold a property, realises an investment, cashed in a policy were other options

Yeah this happened to me last week, except I don’t have a license, or a passport, but my social security card can be used as ID here, so i emailed my age card with a selfie and they refused, so then they said they can accept my Social security card, then when I sent that in with a selfie they replied with the same shit, ‘they can’t accept it’ also their holding money belonging to me in the account until I either send in my license or passport, assholes.
