Yes of course you can get big wins off lower RTP slots because it’s a long term measure but the lower RTP by definition means those games will pay out less overall than slots with a higher RTP. That’s what RTP literally means – return to player – and is a measure of the percentage of funds paid in which will be paid out in the long term. The fact that you’ve had some decent wins off a 92% slot doesn’t mean it pays out just as much as a 98% or that the difference is somehow one of semantics, in fact the difference between 92% and 98% is absolutely enormous in terms of how it will affect the average playing session.

I have been gambling for years and yes I play for fun but I also want the best opportunity to win so the RTP matters to me a great deal. Do I check this for each game I play ? Off course not . It would not be practical. In my experience its takes many more spins just to win a base game  and the bonuses are less frequent . The bonus payout rate on average is less. In in my case, I am spending more than I am getting back!

That might not matter to you as you say, you just want to have fun  but i want to win.  Off course one can expect to lose but the frequency of my losses are far greater during the last couple of months.  I am suspicious. I don’t have the technical knowledge to know whether it is a result of the lower RTP but I have noticed a change . Games that used to have  lower Jackpot amounts have increase significantly. I’m about 30 to 40 deposits in min deposits of £20 and i can’t seem to double it or get up to a point where i can have a decent play/cash out.

Today i have closed my BV account due to the shitty RTP they offer. If i knew they offered the lower RTP when bandit promoted them i wouldn’t have signed up, but after 20 straight deposits on there without a cash out or being able to get over my initial deposit it just felt like daylight robbery,hence the closure of my account.

 

VS will be next as i don’t want the same BS i have had with BV and their shitty lowered RTP.
