^^ Bonus buys would be limited to those who completed KYC, AML, SOW, etc

The other restrictions such as autoplay and 2.5 seconds per spin would be REMOVED for all players

First question to ask: Why is the law the way it is? Why do physical bookmakers not have to obey the same rules regarding KYC and affordability (as well as AML and SOW) as online casinos?

Simple really. The physical bookmakers and casinos ganged up on the online casinos in the hope that erecting barriers to play would force people back to the physical locations, as is exactly the case with gamstop players or those who have exceeded limits at online casinos. The physical gambling locations paid for the restrictions on the digital gambling sphere, exactly how they did in the USA (Vegas campaigned against online gambling to keep people coming to Vegas)

So how do we fix it?

Again it’s easy and as I explained once before. Everybody will have £1000/month maximum they can spend on gambling and this limit will be enforced by the payment processors (Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, etc) and banks, who have every gambling business on their records. The physical bookies will have to retrofit their machines to accept card only (most of them can already accept cards or digital receipts), with these cards and physical receipts funded from the same source as for online casinos. So if you blow your £1000 online you have £0 for the bookie/FOBT, and vice-versa

    * At the £1000 threshold there will be no KYC or any of this bullshit. If the deposit or bet is accepted the payout will follow without exception. For people who want to deposit > £1000/month, they have to go through the KYC, AML, SOW with the casino, and conduct affordability tests. If the bookie or casino allows players to lose more than they can afford to lose, the bookie or casino must pay back the player. That will put an immediate end to all problem gamblers as the casino or bookie will be paying the bill, not reaping in the profits

** Optimal solution is to create a casino/bookie chain owned by every citizen of the UK (not the government) and then use this flawlessly run and responsible casino to take over the entire world. Thus the other private gambling companies would have to match or exceed any offers and procedures at the citizen-owned casino just to compete. The end goal is to drive most of them out of business and leave only the most reputable and player-friendly enterprises standing. The days of L&L, ONSIAC, Skill On Net, Progress Play, etc, having dozens or hundreds of casinos under the same banner will be gone. One casino per provider. No more enticing new and existing players to keep gambling to unlock rewards or deposit bonuses. This is an outrage to responsible gambling and an easy way to circumvent KYC, SOW, AML. If you can deposit £100 at 100 different casinos you’ve just dropped £10K and nobody has asked you a single question – not the casino, not your debit card, not your bank. It’s a scam set up to drain vulnerable people, of which there are a staggering amount in the UK and Ireland

If we had a democratic society the people would rise up and take back what has been stolen from us by casinos. We would not accept burying our fellow citizens and destroying their lives to enrich a handful of casino owners. Fuck the casinos. People before Profit

    @xbobmad

I went off at you in that thread because of how you treated other people prior to that. You attack folks on purpose. When you attacked me IDGAF but what I do care about is when I posted evidence with links and you took up the polar opposite position, giving the casino a reach-around and leaving the mess on me. Only a shill would argue against evidence in favour of the casino

FYI I didn’t use a VPN and even if I did, are you aware that ISPs by law only hold IP addresses for 12 months? Yea so when a casino tells you they have records of a single random VPN event from 4 years ago, you bet your ass I will call them out on their bullshit. Firstly if they are storing details like that indefinitely they are breaking the law (GDPR), and secondly they have no way to prove it. They could just make it up, as it appears they did. That incident is being handled by ECOGRA, ASA and UKGC, so don’t you worry about it, mate

Funny how you created a thread seeking attention and support for yourself but you deny these same privileges to everybody else. Why are you entitled to anything when you treated many people like shit, people with whom you had zero prior interactions? You must love this social media bullshit you can attack random people all day long, then beg for likes and sympathy

Chip is a highly objectionable character. He clearly gets off manipulating, controlling and bullying Jordan. If you think this is banter, it is not, it is a window into the mind of a psychopath

I don’t waste my energy hating on Chip I just unsubscribed and don’t interact with him or any of the people associated with him

Chip has got a huge reckoning coming his way and when that happens I don’t want to be a suspect lol

If you are wondering why you “get trolled” then it could be posts like this one and for coming across as a shill when discussing the problems of real players

You really rubbed me up the wrong way with some of your bullshit in other threads when you were taking the side of the casino over the side of the players. What normal human being does that? Absolutely nobody. Only shills. If you forgot what you said and who you said it to:

    —————————————————————————————————————————–

“I’m convinced you were using a VPN, but at least you can now be Billy big bollocks and tell them their terms are bullshit and they aren’t the law. Have fun.

Argue with the casino, stop crying on a forum.

Sad and pathetic. Carry on with your salty tears.

Listen, if you genuinely won, didn’t break terms and haven’t used a VPN, I wish you well in winning against the casinos, they can be ubercunts sometimes.

I just don’t buy it judged on your previous comments, but I don’t know.

Eat shit then, I don’t believe a fucking word of what you’re saying but I still tried to help, or at least made a suggestion that could help.”

    —————————————————————————————————————————————————

Those are all separate comments. I’d scare you to death if you said that to my face and you would 100% deserve it. Why don’t you cry your crocodile tears somewhere else and not in the same place you took a dump over real players with real problems, you shill cunt. You’ve attacked many here who aren’t shills and if you didn’t have an inside track with seedy or bandit you would have been banned a long time ago

    @seyahkram1977

It’s tough to get to 20 spins but I’d estimate I get there about 1 in 10 attempts

I’ve got to 40 spins 3 times and lost them all

A few days ago I collected 30 spins with 26, 25, 25, 24 split. The right answer was 26% of course which made me spew

I’m pretty sure the gamble ladder is predetermined and it doesn’t really matter if you get 10 or 18 spins. The 30 spins paid 125x and the biggest wins I’ve ever had from Millionaire were on 10 spins, including a 10,000x and a few other 1000x + hits, all on 10 spins. The biggest win I’ve ever seen on this game (14000x) was also a lost gamble that resulted in 10 spins. If that game wants to pay it will pay. Getting to 30, 40 or 50 spins is no guarantee of a big one. I think the 50 spins bonuses I’ve watched went for less than 1000x, Bandit’s did anyway IIRC

Megaways and high volatile slots are the only games worth playing.

The low volatility slots don’t give you a chance to get far enough ahead but if you hit big on a high volatility slot you get 5,000x or more, wins that can make a month or a year. If you hit one of the ultra high volatility slots and get 50,000x +, that will definitely make your year. At least it should but I don’t underestimate the degeneracy of people here lol

Longest losing streak? I’ve had so many. I think my worst experience was losing > 5000x on WWTBAM Megaways without getting an actual bonus (kept gambling and losing on 8 spins). When I finally got a bonus I think it paid 12x so totally worth it. I had a bonus recently on Bonanza that paid 0x after waiting a couple hours to get it. I’d never seen that before couldn’t fucking believe it, not a single win finish 1x multiplier

The high volatility slots are brutal but that’s why we love them, right? WWTBAM is so fucking sick on the first gamble but I wouldn’t have it any other way, it’s one of the best slots ever made (It’s Bonanza (96%) with higher volatility and higher RTP (96.24%))

We’re not going to tell you anything you don’t already know like you had already signed up for gamban

If you have a trusted family member you can ask them for help getting back your jewellery and phone. They will need to come with you to the store to pick up your stuff and pay for it

If you’re really going to the lengths of using crypto at scam casinos that probably won’t pay if you win, then you need a financial steward. Again that trusted family member is going to have to look after most of your money and prevent you from buying crypto or withdrawing large sums of cash for FOBTs

Understand gambling (especially slots) are designed to take your money. There is no glory or profit to be had over the long term

You should probably edit the stuff about (the phone people) etc

Wow Chip got verified as a “real player”

That ruins any credibility this scheme has (IDK eejit but sorry man)

There is definitive proof that Chip has used fake funds by playing at certain casinos (Lord Ping etc, whom he kept saying, “was a great casino”). He has signed up to so many dodgy casinos and networks. Most of these casinos have sanctions against them by UKGC for breaking various laws. The truth is it costs a company less to pay the fines than it does to comply with the law, as is the case in many industries (e.g. water and sewage treatment, where we wouldn’t believe our companies would dump raw sewage into rivers and the sea, but they do, and have contaminated vast areas)

When we have multiple proofs of Chip using fake funds it’s the same as catching an athlete cheating with PEDs. Sure, that athlete may have only used PEDs once or a few times, but they are still a cheat. To verify them to the same level as a clean athlete is an insult to everyone involved. Chip is a dirty, scheming little so and so. He used to bet on 40p and thought it nosebleed stakes then gets on dodgy casinos at £40/spin. For anyone who believes that is real money play, I seriously pity you

There’s also the issue about being paid to do streams, as is the case with Chip. If you get paid £1000 per stream and deposit £1000, have you gambled at all? No you haven’t, even if you lose the roll you are break-even. To gamble, something has to be risked. The casinos and streamers can manipulate payments and backhanders so it appears legit but it’s still fake money, fake advertising and scumbag casinos/streamers

I’m pretty sure Fruity Slots got permission for what they are doing. Those guys and other affiliates have always done this – an account can’t be in two names but we often see two or more players using that same account

I don’t think it’s untoward as they share funds for a business endeavour, so they are “one account” from the POV of the business

The laws regarding not letting others use your account are about responsible gambling and money laundering. From that POV I think FS are OK

What might be of interest is them gambling in the ROI or EU without having ROI or EU citizenship (Josh, Scotty). They are UK citizens who still live full-time in the UK but use EU proxies to circumvent UK restrictions on their gambling activities. Pretty sure in the long-run they will have to get citizenship and move to the EU if they want to keep that going (it’s possible Jamie already has an EU passport)

TBH I don’t think FS are breaking any ASA guidelines with regards more than one person per account, although there may be a case to answer with ASA and UKGC about using EU gambling services to advertise and make money in the UK. I have nothing against FS I think they are the 2nd best streamers, possibly the best streamers due to their volume of content

If you want to make an ASA complaint do so against Lord Ping casino, their sisters and affiliates, plus all the streamers using their services – CHIPMONKZ, Spinitin, angryslots, bobslots and others. The T&C of Lord Ping (and others) specifically prohibit affiliates from depositing at their casinos, yet we have these streamers present that to us as REAL MONEY PLAY and encourage us to sign up at the casino to engage in real money play. I personally have made a complaint against all of them and against Lord Ping with ASA

@gameroom – thank you sir, you seem to be a highly knowledgeable individual!

Incredible they sit and play with fake money trying to entice people to sign up to play for real money. People like that need a severe beating as they are deceiving people for evil gains.

who else Craig Slots and his fans they hate Bandit

Craig is a jealous little schoolgirl when it comes to Bandit, and I can understand why some people don’t like Craig

I like every legitimate streamer and save my hate for the fake ones. Most people are like that, consider Craig and Bandit like different kinds of beer. Most people will prefer one brand over the other but if the preferred beer isn’t available, still gonna drink the other one lol. No beer drinkers will report beer if it’s real alcoholic beer. But every beer drinker should report beer if it’s alcohol-free
