I would suggest looking into match betting. I have made 4 figure some every month since august last year since i started tracking profits and thats with a full time job. I wouldnt waste to much time on surveys its a never ending loophole of more and more surveys for pence.

Not at all you are correct in what you say. That being said not everyone is in complete control and realise that they even have a problem. The easy way out is to always blame something or someone else. I think deep down the person probably does know this but just in denial, like you said when you realise its on you thats probably when you can start to progress. With no personal experience and of course everyone is different its impossible for me to say exactly but thats how i view it.

Not to sure what your getting at here but the point of every business is to make money thats no secret. The live chat operators are most likely working shifts and will have no influence on how the business is run why would they care?
