[DA DAC007 WANTED $16 Outlaw]

Now, normally I don’t give a monkeys about verification, I have all my documents ready to go, it’s a bit boring but no big deal.

Out of the blue, Casumo have asked me to verify, no problem I thought, so I sent them the usual stuff but they have just asked me for a picture of me holding my ID next to my face? What the actual fuck?

Yeah i had this afew weeks back that failed on 2 attempts. Casumo andy set me right tho, dont take the photo into a mirror they dont accept that take on selfie mode on mobile and went through no issues ?

Isn’t just a bit humiliating?  Sure, if they are that worried about verification they should make you do it before you deposit anything.

I wasnt really all that bothered was just a photo. I had the account quite a while before they requested it i actually thought it was already verified guess not

I’ve had the account for ages and all of sudden when I want to make a withdrawal they wan’t to see a photo of me?  They can tell from my stakes I’m a low level non-degenerate player and they have the audacity to tell me that a photo is part of the UKGC regulations when I know for a fact it isn’t

I have a £5 ew on Man Utd to win the CL with them, 40/1 – when Barca beat them I will close the account, f**k these guys.

Are you sure its casumo? As far as am aware they dont do sports betting just casino. I got annoyed at 1st with them as my documents were being refused and i didnt know why but when i found out it was as simple as the camera mode i was using i realised i may have been overreacting.
