bonus buys are an interesting topic. if on say, Extra Chilli you buy a bonus for £10 then the stake is only 20p!!! the fact that it costs you £10 to buy makes no difference because the stake remains the same. What if the bonus rolled in on 20p? would you still invalidate the T&Cs? no of course not. Buying a bonus does not guarantee any different payout as opposed to the bonus rolling on normal play. I think this rule is wrong and should be challenged. 90% of the time when buying a bonus on Chilli you lose anyway.Casino’s just don’t like paying their customers but they don’t mind taking ‘your’ money. all of those T&C’s are always in their favour not yours. As soon as I see any bad feedback from players I tend to leave the casino if I am joined there. Partly in protest and because I would not like to give them the chance for them to do the same to me.

the other week I won 5 free spins on freeroll playing scruffy duck. played my 5 free spins and on the 2nd press I got a bonus which paid me £166. I’ve lost pretty much everything I have to extra chilli, it is also definatly predertermined as proven by videoslots. I have played millions of spins on that game and I can tell you one thing, if you get the bonus roll in during normal play it is unlikely to ever get you to 24 spins when gambling! If you buy the bonus you have a far greater chance of getting the 24 spins. I learnt that getting a bonus during normal game play it is best to take what ever it offers without gambling. Steve, I would not even bother to show deposits or withdraws or any form of proof. No matter what you show there are always idiots who post negative comments to get a response. I had an error on video slots whilst playing extra chilli, i managed to get it to 12 free spins then the game froze up. refreshed the screen and kept getting the same thing in the image below. I contacted them and they told me they would pay me what the bonus was going to pay which they later did. my question is, if the games are ‘random’ as they say then how the hell do they know how much it was gonna pay if the game was never played? I don’t beleve they are random one bit, they are all predetermined. They will pay you any outstanding bonuses if they see one so make sure you send them any screenshots.
