Game crashing and bonus disappearing is nothing new as far as bonus buys etc go. I know this specific game doesn’t have bonus buy but it’s by BTG. .. You know the likely result is that your gamble lost which is why the bonus disappeared. I’ve had three bonuses on this game and all lost on 80% first answer so yeah.. Gave up on this game. Maybe you should too.

I’ve only had one bonus ever disappear and I didn’t complain about it since it was just a £10 purchase and I know how stubborn casinos are.. Buffalo Megaways it was. Bought bonus, got disconnected, reconnected and money gone + no bonus.

It’s that horrible saying malfunction voids all pays prime example right there had it happen on more than 1 occasion usually tho the casino would offer like £10 bonus or free spins as compensation

Funny enough I just heard back from their “tech team” who basically said exactly what you said there, however I was not offered anything as compensation, guess I will just try again, next time I get a bonus (if i am bloody lucky enough) I will record the damn thing and throw that at them.

I know videoslots are having issues right now. It’s just bumped me out reactoons, didn’t think nothing of it, then went into jammin jars was on a tease with a 5x jar and a 3x jar waiting for the cascade and it bumped me out of that too.  Tried getting back in but the message says could not connect to db. Last 10 minutes or so. Connected maybe?

Videoslots really have not been very helpful with this whole issue, I have spoken with them since their reply but it does not show on their end that I had triggered the bonus which from the screenshot you can clearly see I did, I was shocked by their lack of care around this.
