I’m in the Gold Tier of VIP’s and noticed there is a weekly and monthly reload option, being naïve I thought this was automatic and would be deposited into your account in weekly and monthly intervals. Alas no!
I messaged through to support asking how to collect such bonuses just thinking I’ve missed something or they’d forgotten to “activate” my account but instead I was asked to sigh up to Telegram where they would post weekly and monthly links you have to click on to gain these reloads.
Utter load of bollocks. I’ve now through a weeklong process closed my account.
