When you have deposited from your new card and they will only let you withdraw to your bloody old one lol!

Didn’t have a problem taking the money though did they 😀

 

Beats me why it is so hard to change when it is literally the same account, just a new card with a different last 4 digits, same sort code, same account number and they can obviously see all that from the 9836773683 pictures of the cards you have to send lol

 

I really really like Videoslots as a casino but there are a couple of things that tits me off about the place and this is one of them, especially when my bank insist on sending a new card every few bloody months! The other thing is the verification process, savage that one is from the start haha

Hey Bandit I have worked in financial services for several years.  Don’t know if this information helps, however, you can still withdraw the funds to your old card.  Even though this is an old card it is still linked to your account.  They have to do this in the eventuality that a retailer requires to make a refund of a transaction following on from a chargeback or section 75 claim.

Yeah i had the same problem with Pokerstars a few months back. Wanted to with draw £1600 and they approved it, but stated some funds would go to the card i first deposited with, then the rest to my most recent card method. Confused the fuck out of me.

Yeah this is completely normal guys, it’s an anti money laundering process. If you can prove your old card is no longer active then they will allow you to withdraw to your new one!

I don’t understand about your bank.. strange one.. i’ve had the same card for about 4-5 years now.

One thing, you might want to research.. what about other deposit forms.. like neteller etc. ?

Yeah it is pretty annoying, when i mention it to them and ask why, they have no answer and tell me it is all automated – yeah right!

Bandit…next time they send you a new card,just dont activate/use it,continue to use old card,Barclays were sending me a new card every other month a couple of years back,in the end i got pissed off and didnt use the new one and have been using one previous to that for well over a year still now and had no new card sent.

hey bandit, ever have a problem where ya got the bonus and at the end of the bonus it didn’t pay?, I got a bonus at leo vegas on a game called pirates paradise 1$ spins, i won 27.80$ but it never credit me. I have had a few issues with sites such as casino Calzone and Videoslots. I mainly stick to Casumo and sky Vegas now. Have any of you seen that sky Vegas/bet now do instant withdrawals to your bank? Up to £1500. I withdrew money on Monday, was in my bank account within seconds.  That Will make me play there more. However, their bonus offers are pretty much non existent
