    Has anyone else had trouble with withdrawals from video slots? I’ve been playing there for about 3 years and I’m very lucky because in that time I’ve deposited about 25k but withdrawn about 26k and it’s not some big win that’s slowly been taken back .anyways I went to withdraw using my card (done this loads and used to be about 24 hrs ) but it wouldn’t let me. Instead they made me verify my bank card and that’s made me fully verified and they let me do bank transfer and it was instant ! This was great and managed four withdrawals no problems. Fast forward two weeks and tried withdrawing two days ago and the bank transfer asked for an IBAN number? I went on live chat and was told I can get it from my bank. I did that and got this huge number thing and was still having trouble putting this number in so contacted live chat again . You won’t believe this one of the customer service guys sent me an external link and tried to get me to type in my banking IBAN number into a website that had nothing to do with videoslots !! Be warned don’t do this I certainly didn’t . I finally managed to do the number and withdrew 700 . Fast forward nearly 48 hrs and that money still isn’t in my account and every customer service person gives me a different lie .I’ve been told theyve changed to ayden payments and they put the money into your account within 24 hrs (what happened to instant bank transfer) I told them it’s been over 24 hrs and they made me send a copy of my bank statement so they could follow up which I was not happy about but kinda had to do it and was told I’d be contacted once they knew what was happening ( one of the customer service guys told me they are getting hundreds of lost payments since ayden took over ) I contacted them again and been told it’s my banks fault and may take up to five days because it’s released by them and by ayden so it’s my banks fault. So much for ayden putting the money into my bank within 24 hrs and instead of lying they could have told me that ayden have done the payment through the Bacs system to save money because no bank transfer takes five days and the banks definitely have nothing to do with it.

    Interesting. I was actually just about to go onto live chat and ask what was taking so long. I withdrew 400 last week and it was in my bank account in less than an hour. I withdrew another 400 yesterday afternoon which was approved by video slots within 10 minutes but still isn’t in my bank account today. I’ve literally just withdrew 1k as well which again was approved almost instantly. By the sound of what you’re saying, it won’t be in my account for a while yet. Might as well ask them what the script is anyway and see if they feed me the same bullsh*t.

    Yep, I got the same BS. First guy asking for a copy of my bank statement to prove I hadn’t received the money and so they could “investigate”. Whilst I was in the process of blacking out areas of my bank statement to maintain some level of privacy, I got disconnected from that operator.
    When I got connected to another operator she didn’t ask for anything like that, she just went straight in with the new provider spiel and could take up to 5 days for a bank transfer and basically blaming my bank. I told her I didn’t request a bank transfer I withdrew direct to the same visa debit card I deposit with and so it should be almost instant, the same as the first time. Your website clearly states “we support visa direct”. After that she just said “would it be alright if you wait until the end of the week and contact us again if it still hasn’t arrived”.
    It doesn’t look like I have much choice and for the record, the fact it may take a few days to receive my money isn’t an issue, the issue I have is with the inconsistencies with the method. But even more than that, the chat operators stories and requests for copies of bank statements to do supposed investigating is worrying.

    a lot had problem cashout from Videoslot to bank since they got new bank provider,if you use paypal skrill videoslot deal with it and non had problem

    I having problems with my withdrawal too. Nobody in customer service tells me anything about what is going on. And one of my deposits failed and it has not been returned to my bank account. I have contacted customer service for three times about the issues and tried to ask about them. The only answer i get is that they will contact me via email, which they have not been doing. Really starting to piss me off.

    Mines just come through as well only took 50 hrs lol I don’t mind the wait it’s the lies I hate and the dodgy service guy who tried to get me to give an external website my bank details
