i joined videoslots when i went through the bandits link never heard of them untill that point the first few months was good fast cashouts and good customer service but the last few months have been really bad for withdrawals the last big one was 1000 pound and it wouldn’t let me withdraw so after endless online chats to try and find out why i spunked the lot back into the site the withdrawal after that one was only 300 and the days passed and nothing in my bank nout in my account so i contacted videoslots and they kept saying they have defiantly paid it i need to contact my bank 14 times went back and forth from my bank to videoslots  explaining because i havent paid the money out and its someone paying into my account its down to them to find the payment they was still putting the blame on my bank so i told them there stressing me out now ive done all i can within minutes i was blocked they send me a email saying im showing sighs that i might harm myself or others around me pmsl well yeah anyone would be pissed i was then given this link to appeal it and found a company who i opened a investigation with videoslots i was told i had to let them know this was happening and poof like magic they re sent the 300  my account is still closed i wouldn’t go back if they gave me free spins for life

Videoslots is one of the most respectable casinos online, so i think you just had bad luck with the person you had to deal with. Or maybe you are a bit impatient?

Videoslots don’t give you many bonuses because they have the battle of slots, weekend booster and casino race. I get much more out of those than i get from a 100% deposit bonus i’m bound to fail the wager on. You probably deposited once or twice, had terrible luck, and hasnt had any bonus offers by mail since, so you claim they are the worst without actually knowing what you are talking about.

I had the same with Mr green…withdrew £1400 and was asked for I.D,i sent it and waited 4-5 days hearing nothing,went back to site and cancelled withdrawal and lost the £1400,2 hours later i get an email saying your account is now fully verified…absolute joke.

I know someone who had a problem with videoslots also,won some money then they kept rejecting I.D after numerous things they asked for were sent,said closing your account and keeping deposits/winnings and would not discuss any real reason why,just said failed I.D checks….guy had to end u going to ibas and waiting almost a year before finally getting his deposits and winnings back,it made me stop playin  with them a long time ago.

Yeah its absolutely mental the tactics that they are lawfully allowed to use. This needs to change now. The customer support that give us robotic emails that could mean multiple things, but no real reasons. They are just awful companies.
