Got to say, I no longer play there mate. They did it to me over verifying my account. 3 out of 4 items went through but they wouldnt accept my bank card, quick to take my money from it. So I gave up. I dont like them.

All the other Casinos I have used never once refused my details and pictures of cards bank statement etc.

I like them as a casino mate but some of the things just make me want to cement my head inside a bucket. I mean this latest saga, yeah ok so i have hit the limit of 30k – that is fine and i understand but the first emails used to say, anything over this amount you can use the bank transfer facility, so then i had to verify my bank to actually do that, the trustly thing, which then started to see withdrawals going back to my bank and sometimes within minutes which was great. After a while though, apparently i hit another limit, they’d then send an email about a 30k limit again which obviously i had already dealt with or so i though so then it takes explaining the whole thing to 3 different people to get to a point where it has been established that it is now a manual bank withdrawal that is required – which is also fine but then they go and deny that one because i have to verify my already verified bank account…. it had to be verified to be able to receive any of the trustly ones – it is enough to drive the pope in to a sweary rant, let alone me lol

I wish the live chat on Videoslots was an in house live chat that actually cared what we as players thought because to me it has simply got to be outsourced, they don’t give a fuck on there and they have no answers, all i want to know is when i can withdraw normally again and how i get this current withdrawal processed, it is hardly rocket science is it.

There is a guy that has been more than helpful to me and sorted out the mess up last time but the truth of the matter is, i don’t want to keep pecking the guy, i just want the withdrawals to work as normal again and for live chat to not speak to me like i am 4 years old lol

“Have you tried turning the account off and back on again” is almost the level of support I expect from them sometimes
