and so it begins, avoide like the plague they have refused my withdrawal even after I completed the wagering and won’t refund my deposit. I should have known with the licence. Please look at the licence before you deposit and make sure you read in depth the t&c before depositing and winning what would have been a life changing amount they have closed my account and refused to speak to me even after I complained using the correct channels. I will now do an indemnity through my MasterCard to get my €122 back instead of my €12500 I won fair and square. I agreed to the terms of €5000 every 30days but they then used small print to make my winnings void ?????

The small print included, you must wager on the first game you payed. You cannot bet more than 20% of your initial deposit at any time. It make sure it impossible to win ???

“Wagering all the funds ont he first game you play” is not a legal requirement for a csaino, thats not gonna hold up anywhere. You can easily get a claim if thats the only term you broke.

Also you bet more than 20% of your bonus? That one is a big more tricky, but it depends how it happened…

That is a legit T+C. Most sites dont allow table games, it seems this doesn but does not allow a combination. Thats not a horrible bonus as to be fair you shouldnt be using it on table games anyway.

I agree its not 100%… moral…. but it is fair. However they should not bury this as #11 somewhere. It should be front and centre once you start palying, like on Rizk or any GIG or one of our sites. Shady a bit i agree.

They resfused to payout on me not wagering on the first game I played, rule 11 as previous stated. Then overbetting a lot while wagering on slots (losing it)

Taking out the shady licence argument and inserting a respected licence, you would still have not been paid out as you clearly broke the T&Cs. If you deposited £122 then your max bet is around the £25 and you already said you were doing £500 roulette spins!! and then switched to slots again which can’t be done as per the T&Cs.

Now a decent casino would have stopped you exceeding the max bet but you need to take it on the chin and learn from your mistakes and check out the casino licence before playing.

Yes I agree that I broke the t&c and switched slots and roulette, had I read them fully would have not deposited. I have learned not to sign up to casinos when full of pop ?

for exam.e I deposited €122 and got a x4 bonus = €610 after reading t&c I couldn’t bet more than €24, now the wagering requirments were x 40 of the total =  £24400 total wagering, now roulette only counts for 10% of wagering, so 5he wagering now becomes €2440000 and at a maximum €24 stake ??

 

yes i I made the mistake of not reading the t & c in full and have to get over it, just a little pissed I actually for 1 minute thought I’d hit the jackpot ??????
