Skrill are being total assholes to me, open an account a couple of weeks ago after loads of hassle,  deposited a test £50,sent it to BC as btc  worked fine, deposited a further £300,sent to BC,fine again, couple of days later deposited £600 (BC wasnt being kind to me), tried to transfer to BC and all the shit started,account was restricted and no transfers allowed without further verification , started with questions about what the transfer was for and what my relationship with the recipient was, answered honestly ( they could check anyway),they then asked for a copy of the bank statement,the cash was deposited from, I sent that as I only keep a small amount in there for gambling.This was accepted, then I got locked out my account totally on the web version and on the app it told me to change my password and locked up when I tried to change it.been like that for 2 days now and no reply when emailed and messaged them.If it was anyone else I would have said they were scammers but loads of people have had the same problem in the past with accounts being locked and unable to access the funds. I just want to withdraw back to my bank and tell them to get stuffed, had problems with every method of funding crypto,not worth the hassle, I really dont understand how players are able to deposit and withdraw large amounts to crypto casino without problems,have sent crypto to external wallets then on to BC to avoid gamble unfriendly exchange and still had account closed.

I have used Skrill for over 10 years now, I used it for UK Casinos, then stopped for a long time and moved to Paypal, when I started Playing on Crypto Casinos I used Skrill all the time, I have VIP Skrill now my Depsoit limit is $50k pm,( I use Skrill on $ it works only on the phone app)  never had problems with Skrill they never ask me for bank statement, skrill use Bitpanda wallet which is very good also, same with Bitpanda never ask me any doc… my last cashout from Bitpanda was over £20k

Thanks for the info, dunno what I did to upset Skrill,they did put the money back in my bank yesterday but didnt send any emails, Signed up to Gemini yesterday, took 8 hours for my deposit to show, bought crypto but cant do anything with it as there is a 72 hour restriction on crypto transfers as they say i logged in from 2 different devices,I didnt, i just logged into the app and account website from the same tablet,always some problem.

wallet skrill Paypal has new regulations under 25 years old extra checks, if you are under 25 that what the problem is
