Requested a withdrawal on Friday 01st June. It’s saying it’s been processed but has still not been received yet.

 

I made a withdrawal with skyvegas the same day which was received Tuesday 05th and another withdrawal on Tuesday 05th which has been received today (Thursday 07th)

 

I’ve never trusted redbet ever since I first signed up and they messed me about on my last withdrawal aswell.

 

Anyone else had problems? I took screen shots and recordings of transactions with them as a precaution due to the last problem with withdrawals.

To add to the above I didn’t receive a confirmation email from them either clarifying the withdrawal had been processed and I’m sure you normally do. Slightly concerned.

I had a similar problem a few months back and haven’t deposited again. I made a withdrawal of around £300 and waited a week only for them to email and say it hadn’t actually been processed and that i wasn’t verified even though i was fully verified about 2 years ago. They dumped it back to my account and we all know what happens next. Just be careful with them, give them an email.

I went on live chat, was told withdrawal was completed and was given the old 1-5 working days.

 

Tomorrow is their last chance. Once again as precaution all chat screen shotted.

 

I also requested email to confirm what the guy said in chat. Will inform of outcome. Will stick with videoslots and sky from now on. Always in within 48 hrs.

Strange one with Redbet mate as any withdrawal i do from there is usually in my account the following day or the one after at the latest, in regards to not getting email confirmation, did you check your junk folder? I have all sorts of stuff randomly going in mine!

 

Poor form when casinos fuck around with withdrawals, they don’t take more than 3 seconds to take the money from you do they!

Yeah I checked junk.

 

The guy from chat did confirm via email the withdraw was processed as I asked.

 

I had a problem with them on my last one also, claiming I wasn’t verified when I already had Been and had proof via email from them I was. I’d had numerous deposits and withdrawals from them before aswell.

 

Withdrawals from them previous to these last 2 issues were as quick as sky and videoslots. Now it seems an effort to get paid.

 

As I said previously I will update tomorrow.

I had a mad one with SkyBet yesterday I put me new debit card on last week yesterday I had £300 to withdraw when I tried to withdraw it it was going to split it between me old debit card and me new one tried to delete old debit card only to be told to get in touch with live help told them I had tried to delete old card and had made the new card my primary card which I had been making deposits all week they said they needed proof so I scanned the letter off the bank which told me to cut up the old card and uploaded it to live help and the soft fecker ask for a scan of me old card which I had put throught the shredder I told him to read the letter off the bank the top of the letter shows the first 4 numbers and the last 4 numbers of my new card then it showed the last 4 numbers of me account then it said destroy old card which the letter told me too do I said you should have a copy of me old card anyway took me 4 phone calls and 3 live helps to get it sorted don’t know why it was a big deal other sites I’ve been on let me delete old card and enter new one that’s 4 hours of my life I wont get back lol

I’ve had exactly the same problem and funnyingly enough it was the same day.

Friday 1st June at 18.55pm.  If spoke to live chat 3 times and Everytime they’ve said it was approved on the 2nd but could take upto 5 working days to be shown in my bank, this means tomorrow is their last day but shockingly that means 7 days for a quite small withdrawal, which is very disappointing.

Further to my earlier post, their 5 days are now up and when I went to their live chat facility I  the website it’s been closed

This I think is very worrying and would suggest people stay away from Redbet until they have at least a live chat facility working.

There 5th day would possibly be Monday at worst as your withdrawl is after last banking hours on the Friday meaning the processing wouldn’t start until this Monday and it’s 5 working bank days that don’t include weekends. But I would expect it normally in about 2-3 days from redbet.

As Monday is regarded as the first day, the end of the working day of Friday would be their 5 days, that’s in 11 hours based on their live chat facility, I have had 6 withdrawals from Redbet so this has been a surprise but three forums that I am on are saying the same thing and weirdly it seems that the 1st of June withdrawals are the problem

Just thinking if it affecting a lot of people from the same day which was last Friday it might have something the do with that visa crap breaking that’s the day steve couldn’t deposit for his video because the whole banking system broke ?
