Yes. Shut them down.

 

We use a Jaz licence on our casinos. It hurts the rest of them. Unregulated doesnt mean scam.

 

To provide services in places like France, Norway, Russia etc you need curacao to be licenced.  The slots are the same makes no difference but the casino has to have rules. Curacao has less rules than MGA or UKGC but still has some on things like this.

 

I’ve got 1 shut down already so its worth a try.

Is this one that’s part of goliath? If so, someone said in a stream the other day that its fucked up and lost its license. I remember goliath being on the list so which ever license holder that one is, make sure you avoid too.

You need to go direct to the authority. Company is “curacao egaming”. They have a compliance department. Just Google it and go from there. I deal with them a lot they are decent people.

I honestly don’t see why anyone would ever play at casinos that don’t have the usual games.
The first check for me when I sign up to a casino is if they have the most popular providers.
If they don’t have Netent, BTG, play’n’go, Thunderkick, Red Tiger, Microgaming etc, that’s the first sign of the casino being shady.
You should also always check which authority they’re under. If they’re not UKGC or MGA approved, don’t play there.

That is the worst term i have ever seen,sure i guess if a bonus is attached they can do whatever terms they want,but for straight cash deposits to say you cant win over 10x your deposit just cant be legal? in anyones book?.
