Wow I’ve actually got pure anger bubbling up inside me!!! Wtf does it matter if you’ve deposited over €200 or not?!!! Can they actually have any legitimate reason for this except to screw you out of winnings? It’s 100% worse than accidentally breaking bonus rules or something. Ian you need to write to the CEO about this absolutely outrageous!!  When did this happen have you taken legal advice? It’s hard enough to flipping win let alone when casinos do scams like this. Imagine if you won one of those huge million euro jackpots and only given 10x your last deposit……??

This happened in February mate.

Believe me, I was really angry as well, I still am… That kind of money would have made life so much easier. I’m struggling to get through college and that would have helped immensely. 🙁

Anyway, the fact it is in their written terms and conditions means I don’t think I have a leg to stand on. Still a sickener though.

Again I just want to make clear to UK players you will not have this problem if you play only at UK licensed casinos, where these utterly bogus terms and conditions are illegal. Even European players I would recommend only play at casinos which also have UKGC licensing and are able to accept UK players, as these casinos are far more likely to treat all players fairly.

Casino has that AND a term that you cant bet more than 30% of your balance. What the actual fuck.

 

You need to go direct to the authority. Company is “curacao egaming”. They have a compliance department. Just Google it and go from there. I deal with them a lot they are decent people.

 

As for anyone else please avoid this site like the plague.
