    Exactly what terms have they said you broke?,get all the info you can from them,if you have broken the max bet or played an excluded slot then there is not much you can do to get the money,but if you have not and they are coming up wiht some BS rule,then goto IBAS or whoever it is you need to for that site.

    Actually, if you look at the playfrank terms, you will see that going over the bet size doesn’t actually void the bonus. It just doesn’t count towards wagering, and makes your wagering bigger. These are standard terms for most casinos.

    In all fairness, while I feel for you, this is a common problem.  The terms and conditions are endless and people just gloss over them because they are in rush to start playing the slots.     If you had actually read the terms and conditions you wouldn’t have felt the same way as its a result you would have expected – in fact I doubt you would have even played.

    Thats why the conditions are always long, boring and in small print 🙂
