I would suggest you go on Casinomeister and fill out a PAB (complaint), since they have the resources to help you.

pls make sure that you didn`t go over max bet playing with a bonus  -normally 5€/£ pr spin.

Didnt they provide you with other reasons? I have a hard time believing that you cant win on there! If you deposited 200 and got a match bonus, you should be able to withdraw. It is another case, if you won the money on freespins with no deposit.

I got my bonus taken away after I did re-spin on book of oz for 14 euros, I did not even have a slight idea it counts towards that 5 eur bonus limit.

Thats sad mate! It all counts. You can never go over 5€ bets, when it says so in the t/c. Some casinos let you keep it, if you contact them right after the “mistake”, but don`t count on it.

I’ve only ever slipped up on going above the €5 limit once, and it was on casumo, where I did a 6 euro spin by accident. I contacted the chat immediately, and so it was sorted. No problem. Keep in mind I’m a regular there, and have played for maybe 15k average per year over the last 3 years, so they dont push a player like that away.

However, when it comes to OP, I have questions:
Did you bet over the €5 / £5 limit on any individual spins?
Did you use a gamble function on your wins?
Did you play any of these games with bonus money active:

I also find it odd that you had a £100 bonus, but had to wager £7000. You’re supposed to have to wager 35x the total amount, according to their T&C’s, which means you should have had to wager £10,500.

Per the PlayFrank bonus terms, there is no max cashout, only if your entire balance was gone, and you were using no deposit free spins, which has a max cashout of £100.

We will figure this out. If you want to, we can go through this via live chat or a skype/facebook call, so it doesn’t take days to figure out what could have happened. I could guide you through it on call while you’re talking to their CS department on livechat.

It’s not really that hard to follow up on these things yourself. Relying on casinomeister doesn’t work unless there’s a playfrank rep on their forum, which idk if there is.

Some casinos are really relaxed with the spin amounts (Casumo being #1). They realise its small fish in the quest for a big player pool. People are taking the piss with accidental 14 euro spins, they arent hacking the system.

My advice – IF a casino doesnt pay out bonuses because of very strict abuse terms, dont play there. They are only after the money. At least casumo give back.

I couldn’t agree more. I don’t mind testing out casinos, but I have a look at them before I test them out, and I have a look at reviews as well. But don’t trust all reviews, trust those that have tons of good reviews, and casinos who are known.

Exactly what terms have they said you broke?,get all the info you can from them,if you have broken the max bet or played an excluded slot then there is not much you can do to get the money,but if you have not and they are coming up wiht some BS rule,then goto IBAS or whoever it is you need to for that site.

Absolutely. You can generally trust anything UKGC approved, i use generally here as some will be dubious with their restrictions, but, for me, i have accounts at just 5 places.

Let me help here.

These are the terms of the casino – https://www.playfrank.com/en/bonus-terms-conditions. I know this holding company, EveryMatrix, and i know some of their staff.

I need you to do the following…

1 – go on live chat, and ask for a simple explanation of what rule you broke according to their terms. Simply ask this question. If they do not give an answer – then state “I will wait here while you go and speak to the casino manager then”. If they still dont get back to you, or state they are not available, tell them they have 24 hours to respond to you via email, or you will live chat again. If they dont have a resolved answer by this point, you will speak to the MGA down appropriate channels, quoting “this violates several new procedures in the MGA framework, and I will seek to have this settled legally”

2 – Once you have got your answer, assuming you do, let me know what it is. Then we will proceed to step 3.

You can at this point make an AskGamblers claim, but i need to make sure you havent done anything seriously wrong before we do that. As if you bet 1k on roulette or something in between we look stupid and i hate you 🙂

Yes it does work. Not every casino has a rep. Not even the accretited ones.You have a better chance going through CM than doing it yourself.

I feel I got totally robbed by SpinUp casino so I know your pain.

I won £7K and when I tried to withdraw they only paid me 10x my deposit, which was £50.

When I went through the terms and conditions it does say max payout is 10x deposit but it still made me sick to my stomach.

I feel that is such a scummy way to operate but hope you manage to get yours sorted mate.
