Hi I was lucky enough to win £1900 of a £40 deposit on monday I had an email on tuesday morning from conquestador casino saying the money has been sent to my account by debit card I also had an email 10 mins later saying my account was blocked due to security reasons they must not be used to people winning there lol but my question is when do you think money will be in from your own personal experience thanks

Never heard of the casino. And as for security reasons… ask them what reasons? They have to tell you specifics. They cant lock you out for winning. Well they can but they have to tell you this.

I don’t see any reason that you won’t get your money as long as you stuck to any terms that you agreed to ?

They said they payed my winnings it was ten minutes after they blocked my account when I asked they said security reasons? And wouldnt tell me anything when I enquired further strange I obviously never broke any rules as they wouldnt of payed me but I’m wondering when the money will go in if sent tuesday as I’m hopeing to get before tuesday as I’m going to try and get away for the new years eve with the winnings

They have to give you reasons. Legally. They cant say “security reasons” and leave it there.

 

Also ask for proof of payment to you.

Well, it’s normally a couple of working days to debut card with a lot of casinos. And you’ll need to factor in that wed/thu are bank holidays this week. I’d be surprised if it’s not in by around 12:30 on Saturday morning. At worst I’d say Monday.

Hi I use conquistador and I had to fully verify my account, (send payslips as my proof of income, proof of address and I.d) but now when j withdraw it’s always same day! Usually takes about an hour and it’s in my bank! I too get it withdrawn to my debit card. Hope this helps. p.s get fully verified and don’t spend it all while you wait!

Money went in today can’t believe from £40 deposit started at 40p spins ended up getting bonuses on £6 a spin had a great 10 hour session and a profit I’m looking for some flights and me and partner are away for the new year for free thanks for advice guys I’m not bothered I’ve been blocked just glad they payed me and unlike some other casinos would of confiscated winnings
