New rules coming into effect on 7th May 2019 – It’s been long overdue but give it a read. I’m sure The Bandit will be happy after the trouble he had with VS when he was trying to cash out and they wanted him to verify his account that was already verified! The fact that verification could happen when withdrawing and lead to problems for people who haven’t got a passport or driving license and other issues, is in itself a disgrace. I can think of various analogies that suggest how stupid the notion is but it is and always has been a disgrace.

Off the top of my head I can’t think of all the issues I or others have talked about but while this is a start and will take 3 months to implement, it’s nowhere near enough. This is a huge start though.

I completely agree with the new legislation. Get fully verified BEFORE you can deposit a single penny, and then the Casino must also pay out winners in quick fashion as well. I hear far to many stories of people that win that get delays and then waste their winnings – to me this is a ploy by the casinos, knowing that people will mainly just do this.

100% agree mate. This should have been put in from the start. Casinos to happy to keep your money in their account earning interest.

Does anyone know how it works if a casino holds on to large sums regarding interest? Say for example when Bandit had over 40k with VS and you could only withdraw X amount a day, the company must be making interest on that. Can you claim it back??

Good to hear. Currently being asked for Notarized ID, after withdrawal of course, which i find rediculous they can ask for in the first place.
