I don’t know why you think you can tell anybody wondering when a ban is coming that you are qualified to assure them that there won’t be one. You work in a Casino… so what. Fact is that even the Casinos owners might be left in the dark, never mind the people they employ.

1. I didn’t say they did. However, i do believe the people that made the decision did so based on what they could see. That was streamers content.

2.The UKGC will not ban streamers. They are not performing a harmful act. ……… You say that, but the people trying to get gambling being advertised by any means banned will disagree. They are literally going to make the valid point that gambling streams is  gambling advertising. The only real reason they exist is so that the Casinos can get business. A bit like advertising on TV before 9pm. Soon it will be unheard of.

3.You are wrong. Starting from donkeys ago youtube have been removing videos due to advertising and links. Due to the fact people are making money by getting other Adults over 18 to sign up to Casinos. Everybody knows that. I agree there is also the issue of certain music, language and so on that will get a video pulled down… but the main issue is advertising gambling and providing links to sign up (for a special deal). All gambling, including online Poker. Nobody could have predicted black Friday. Not the same to be said concerning slots or other forms of none skill related gambling.

5. I don’t need to work in gambling to predict the future of Affiliation markets concerning gambling. I don’t know why you seem to think because you work for a Casino that you can assure millions of people that the UK GOVERNMENT are going to be unable to stop the 24 hours per day affiliation links and advertising of gambling. They already are- and will continue to do so!! In fact, to the point where affiliation and advertising of Casinos to people OVER 18 will NOT be allowed at all. Common sense really. As much as that might upset people, that is fact. The UK  Government stopped big Tobacco, do you think they can’t stop big Casinos? The UKGC are nothing really, they literally only rake in millions for the Government. When the Government tell them to, the UKGC will be the people advertising the end of Affiliation by any tom DICK or harry with a fckn internet connection. It is one ugly as fck business to be in “when considering ” the pain caused OR THAT CAN BE CAUSED  by any cunt with an internet connection that spammed the fck out of somebody’s email account causing a serious addiction. It can’t be compared to porn, tobacco or alcohol and drugs. It is totally a league of it’s own and any wanker out to harm others to make a quick buck can get involved. NOT FOR LONG, TAKE MY WORD FOR IT.

6. You are wrong. Just because you work for a Casino doesn’t actually mean you know the ugly truth. Unless the Bandit quit his job and started gambling for a living in the last 6 months, i don’t even understand how you think that is a reasonable excuse.

I’m not coming back to comment any further. There is too many people here that will be offended by the truth or try and come up with excuse after excuse. They will claim to know what they are talking about because they work for a Casino. Pretty sure the actual Bookmakers  thought they knew where they stood with the UK Government until they had to be forced to reduce the stakes on FOBT’S. Lol, the Casinos thought the war wasn’t big enough to force a 2 pound max stake and now thousands have lost jobs, shops were shut and continue to close UK wide.

Streamers playing slots will be fine in terms of retaining their audience on £2 stakes, if it ever happens, though I can imagine many losing their shit at not being able to stake silly money anymore. If they introduced a £2 limit on live roulette, on the other hand….well, that’s quick balance building and the likes of Rocknrolla done for.

I’m reading many of your words such as ” the truth ” and ” take my word for it ” but all i see is speculation. These are not facts these are opinions of you trying to predict the future of what you THINK will happen not what you KNOW will happen. People like you Haz are just hoping the streamer bus never comes to an end so that you can ” in your own ridiculous words” go and watch people lose a lot of money so you get your fix and don’t need to gamble. Kind of like a junkie sitting in a room full of drug addicts breathing in second hand smoke. Please provide the evidence where i said watching people lose a lot of money. As for been on gambling forums 7 days a week you have made more posts on the forum in a week than i have in the last month. I didn’t realise you were a qualified psychiatrist either. I can take or leave streamers videos proving that by following rolla and the bandit as they are currently uploading the least amount of footage online. Does that bother me nope. I’m 5 months without playing a slot or having a bet after 30 years of gambling and you know what I’m fuckin proud of that achievement. I don’t NEED the videos to help me stop but like i said they give a buzz to an ex player like myself. Ok sorry… not lose money. You are an addict that can’t stop watching gambling rather than just live a normal life knowing it isn’t for you. Sitting week after week involved in watching gambling and commenting on forums isn’t good for any recovering addict. Just like an Alcoholic sitting in the pub to help himself, you are in denial and need to understand why. I’M  NOT HAVING AGO AT YOU, I JUST THINK MAYBE YOU NEED TO THINK ABOUT THAT. I have been commenting 1 week, which surprises me knowing i usually get banned for an unpopular opinion after 24 hours.
Watching less doesn’t make up for the fact you can’t stop. If that was the case there would be stalkers going to Court and telling the Judge not to worry as they only watch the ex’s movements once or twice per week now.. so they can’t be obsessed!
Sorry to wake you up, but stopping gambling for 5 months after 30 years is fck all… especially when you can’t actually leave that life behind. You don’t need to justify yourself to me… just as i don’t you. However, and you will think about this one way or another, you need to prove yourself to yourself. Imagine a world where you couldn’t watch a stream or videos to keep yourself from gambling. Imagine a life where my opinion based on recent facts and statistics regarding the gambling industry didn’t disappoint you. Why suggest an end to forums and viewing when the formula I’m using is working? I take it you’ve not read many of my previous posts offering advice support and even sometimes financial help to others who have posted on this forum. With the vast experience and knowledge i have in gambling i can and have put that to good use on forums helping those that need it. I will continue to help those that ask where i am able so therefore will not be leaving anytime soon. If you have as much knowledge as you imply you have then but your own knowledge to good use to the people who need it.

Well he did wish me well mate ?? but he seems to know what’s best for me. Maybe he’s a mind reader lol. You know i can think of about a dozen people who are now registered on gamstop on here who weren’t when i joined the forum and that’s partly because of this great support community and mainly to the people who found the courage to sign up.
