[Biohazard WANTED $675 Outlaw]

Hey all,

Just a quick one. It looks like Grosvenor have made the decision in the past week or two to move all of their slots, under the providers that offer this, the reduced RTP versions. Once again, just like with Videoslots, no contact was made, and even worse this time, not even a blog or news post notifying their players!

Some of their slots are now as low as 89% RTP. I’m not joking.

I’m actually a black card holder with Grosvenor, and I’ve always recommended them. I’ll still recommend retail (their casinos), but absolutely not online now. I have also raised my concerns and frustrations with them directly.

Just wanted to make you all aware so you’re not caught out. If you’re happy to play at reduced RTP then go for it, but their are more competitive and more profitable alternatives out there.

I did reply to this thread but my post isn’t here, guessing it’s that infuriating forum login error!

It’s unlikely it will impact on the land-based casinos, solely because it wouldn’t have the same tax implications (Eejit maybe you need to confirm this?). I’ll check and confirm back when I’m next in the casino in the new year.

89% is worse than FOBT games, which are usually around 91 or 92 on £2 stakes. Shockingly low for any online slot, bearing in mind when I last played every game I touched was between 95 and 98.

Yeah, it’s really quite underhanded!

The department who I have spoken to have been very understanding, and they have forwarded on my feedback (mainly around not being notified, rather than actually reducing the RTP itself) onto the relevant department.

If it wasn’t for this post I would never have known. I don’t think grosvenor will be too concerned about losing my occasional £50, but I too have put in feedback and requested my account to be closed.
